Booked online then saw on the confirmation that check-in was 4-10pm. Called immediately and advised we would be arriving between 11pm-12am and asked if that would be an issue. We were told no, just call us that day and give us an updated ETA. Great! Day of, we're on the road, driving across the state and call to let them know... We were told they need to email us a form to fill out since we're arriving after check-in hours. They sent a .png photo that they wanted filled out with credit card info and signed as well as photos of the credit card and ID sent back. It was very inconvenient to try to complete while on the road when they could have sent this ahead of time. They also asked we call back around 10:30pm to give them an updated ETA. Then we got a phone call that they were cancelling the credit card charge they already billed and rebilling it. So, they cancelled the charge that already went through for night one and rebilled for both nights. They asked again that we call at 1030 to provide an updated ETA. Then they sent another email an hour later asking for the car details for the parking pass. At check-in once we arrived, they asked for the car info again. After I reminded them they emailed me for it, they were able to locate it. Overall, very disorganized and inconvenient check-in process. The room was nice but felt run down and not well cared for. Mold in the shower handle, holes in the shower walls and floor that were taped up and a missing plank in the floor.
