"The hotel is located in Union Square. Upon check-in, we were lucky to encounter a polite young staff member from Beijing who spoke Chinese. He gave us detailed recommendations for nearby restaurants, including places for steak, Vietnamese cuisine, and Japanese ramen. The service was excellent, and our room was clean and comfortable. Just a short walk away, there's a Jack Burger, and interestingly, the person who took our order there was a Cantonese-Chinese individual who could speak a few simple Chinese phrases. The hotel's location is superb, being very close to the cable car lines. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, such as miso soup, natto, rice, plain congee, and various side dishes. At night, it's advisable to limit going out and avoid making eye contact with suspicious-looking people. Overall, the people in San Francisco are very friendly; it's one of the nicest cities I've ever visited."

"Fantastic location and promising rooftop restaurant. The key attraction at the Timbri was the room sizes and modern conveniences. I was a little challenged by the technology and when different motor noises eent on/off. While the suites were well appointed, they seemed a little unattended by housekeeping showing up at rsndom times asking whether service was required to then not be back for 2 days or more. The hotel should also be more honest with guests about available facilities - e.g. one of the cafes and bars onsite wasn't open. Final note - better signage and access control given the electronic elevators was expected - I'm glad someone was on duty to relieve me after 2 hours spending stuck in the garage, having to. ask people on the street to let the frontdesk know about my predicament with no emergency phone line in the garage that directly connected to the front desk or even a manual switch for the garage door for lost and stuck non-motor drivers like me. While there were glitches, the rooms have tremendous potential woth great views and hopefully the eager team will be on top of the growing pains (and make a second time traveler that much happier)."

"The hotel is excellently located, just a short walk from Fisherman's Wharf and the cable car terminus. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. During our recent stay at The Clift Royal Sonesta in San Francisco, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

"Very good location. Fisherman wharf is 2 steps away with all its places.
Very expensive parking - $75 per day for valet (only one option), in-n-out. The car is delivered quite fast, but both time I asked for it it was not within promised 10 minutes.
Resort fee (there is a resort fee, pay attention while booking) includes $15 per day restaurant credit, coffee on the morning and free marshmallows in the evening (they have nice fireplaces in the courtyard, but pretty busy). Water refill station also present.
Room (junior suit) was quite spacious. It was clean, only bathroom had small ”issues”.
Safe and fridge in the room were very handy.
Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a guard in the evening in front of the main door - nice option for San Francisco."

"The hotel is in a great location, next to Chinatown and Union Square. It's also very convenient to eat at the restaurant downstairs. "The location is incredibly convenient. It's directly across from a hub of major car rental companies, close to Union Square, and near the cable car's starting point. In short, transport links are fantastic. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the waitstaff in the ground-floor restaurant were also very enthusiastic. However, the room was a bit on the small side, especially the bathroom vanity. Other than that, everything else was great."

TTraveler LThe bed is very comfortable, there is an external window, the room has a sense of design, it is clean, there is a refrigerator available, the tap water is drinkable, if you are worried, you can also go to the living room and dining area on the 3rd floor to get free hot and cold water. The location is very close to Union Square, which is convenient, but it is a bit scary after dark. The attitude of the staff is not good, but there is a guard at the gate on the first floor, which is reassuring. The accommodation quality is satisfactory for the price paid.

FFrench DudeI recently stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel during my business trip to San Francisco and here are my thoughts:
Location:
The location of the hotel is quite good. Although the area is quiet at night, there are many places to visit during the day. The neighborhood is very central, not far from Chinatown, just a 15-minute walk away.
Security:
The security at the hotel is excellent. It is very secure and they do not let just anyone enter.
Credit Card Policy:
A major downside, not directly related to the hotel itself, is the strict credit card policy. Even though I paid everything online, presenting a credit card at check-in is mandatory. Without it, you might end up sleeping outside. Additionally, at check-out, there's an unexpected mandatory state tax charged to your card, which you are not informed about beforehand. This is a compulsory tax for the state of California.
Room:
The room was decent. It had a small fridge, but nothing for brushing your teeth. I don’t know if it’s typical of American hotels, but I find showers without hand showers inconvenient. The bed was comfortable. I have some doubts about the cleanliness of the thick carpet, though it seemed clean. Instead of curtains, there are blinds on the windows, which I found disappointing.
Breakfast:
I was disappointed that there was no breakfast provided. Only coffee is offered in the morning and wine in the afternoon, but honestly, I don't care for the wine. We need food. I had to walk 15 minutes to a Seven Eleven to get something to eat and drink.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was quite good and worked very well.
Overall, the Galleria Park Hotel has some good points, but there are several areas where it could improve.

GGuest UserVery expensive for a B&B. Nice spot in the Castro/ Mission district near Dolores Park. Well-maintained & reasonable management. Lots of stairs to go up into main house lobby — wrought iron gates with intercom to buzz to get entry into property. Try to get a room in the older main house to minimize stairs! No AC. They have limited parking spots behind the two B&B houses (access from Dorland St) for US$35./day plus tax which is a steep price. Make sure u book a parking spot in advance. Beautiful garden courtyard in the back. Sadly we never got to use it. Try to get a room that faces the other “house” or the backyard - quieter. We had a front room Deluxe King Room 36 which looked nothing like the sample room photos (only one Room 24 w courtyard view, sofa, coffee table). We got a smaller room approx 290sf vs what we paid for 32sq.m, 344sf, no closet just small armoire to hang a couple of things, no sofa, no coffee table, no balcony. They were kind enough to give us a refund for the price difference between the Deluxe King we booked & the Standard King we got. Had to ask for them to vacuum room. Found tissue under headboard/bed, dusty. Not the kind of room you would want to spend much time in —teeny tiny TV, faced front noisy street with electric bus passing by. No screens in windows so had to close windows at night to keep critters out. Bed was ok. Pillows were synthetic & lumpy. View was of electric lines & school across the street. Beware some electric outlets. One was burnt out. Breakfast was repetitive but nice to eat in a lovely breakfast room or outdoor deck. Hard-boiled eggs, muesli, fruit, muffins/ carbs, American coffee, juices. Fortunately SPRO café was next door if you need a great cappuccino or chai latté! The hotel and suite itself were amazing, but more importantly, it was the service that really impressed us. 5 Star service and we were so grateful for how helpful all the staff were. Particularly Luis who checked us in and was very kind. Also, a special thank you to Bikram who was most helpful when I left my AirPods behind and he organised for them to be returned to me!

This hotel has incredible customer service! The front desk ambassadors are warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Vanessa and her colleague truly provide world class customer service. She provided 10-15% off coupons for restaurants on the pier. We had a fantastic time for my mother’s birthday in San Francisco and it would not have been the same with another hotel.
The location of Hotel Caza is near Fishermans Wharf. It is walkable to many attractions such as the Coit Tower, Ghirardelli’s, the piers, etc. There are an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We had a delicious brunch next door at “Eight am” cafe. Other attractions are a bit further out and require transportation such as Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, and redwood forests.
This is a very family oriented hotel. There are many games in the lobby for children and adults. Bicycles to peruse the city are provided on a first come first serve basis each morning. The swimming pool is on the smaller side and always has kids in it. The evening cookies are packaged and not freshly baked. The lobby has an overpowering smell of perfume. Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend it for family vacations!

LLIHONGThe hotel should be newly installed but the room has no smell. The room looks clean and tidy. It has its own parking lot. It does not touch the Chinese people. There are many Americans living in the hotel. The hotel is safe. The subway station is also close. Walk to Union Square for about 1.5km. , location can be. No early, there is Chinese food downstairs, there is a match on the opposite side, the attitude at the front desk is acceptable. Homeless outside the hotel is a little scary, try to travel as little as possible at night, it is quite difficult to avoid it completely at SanFrancisco, and there seems to be less near the Fisherman's Wharf. . . There seems to be three taxes in this hotel. . .

TTy TravelerI stayed here on New Year’s Eve and enjoyed my stay. The workers are nice and helpful and the room was very clean. The room was small and simple, but the bed was comfortable and heater worked efficiently. If you’re spending a few days in San Fran, stay here. You won’t regret it.
