Ia pada asalnya untuk jenama Westin, tetapi hotel ini terlalu panjang. Penampilan dan kemudahan hotel agak lama. Melihat Marriott di seberang jalan adalah sangat baru, jangan tanya saya mengapa saya tidak memilih Marriott, kerana saya tidak melihatnya semasa saya menempah hotel! It was ok not too bad the only thing that suck’s is that they have a room with a KITCHEN but there are NO GLASSES, NO PLATE’s, NO CUP’s, NO UTENSIL’s, NO POT’s, NO OVEN RACK’s and NO nothing to use to cook. The only thing they have is ICE TRAY’s, they also have COFFEE POT but NO COFFEE.

This hotel had terrible reviews earlier in the year but my visit was very nice. Yes, it's next to the highway but that is ”white noise” to me. Conveniently located near SJC as well as the VTS light rail. The pool looked very nice and was heated. I will stay here again

My stay was for one night. The room was not the cleanest, the pool wasn't open and the laundry facilities were closed. This location doesn't have a restaurant or breakfast. For a place to sleep and shower the price was right.

Hotel is very new. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable, the kitchenette and shower is well equipped with microwave, stove and dishwasher. Our room faces the mountain which was beautiful to wake up to..5 mins to The Great Mall. Breakfast was wonderful with a build your own parfait stall and a fair variety daily. Note that housekeeping is only on alternate days. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is a hidden gem in walking distance of the city center and the convention center. Currently, parking is free there, so that alone is a reason to go there instead of the usual chains.
The person who runs this place is doing it with utmost dedication and love for the property and the guests. Everything is in top condition, the room is clean and provides everything needed for a business trip. I would give the facilities 5/5 if the towels would be of a slightly softer quality.

PPengguna TetamuAfter a miserable day of travel and the last leg of our flight being canceled, Renee, at Four Points, sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and went far above and beyond to accommodate us, help extend our checkout time, and offer a very reasonable rate; the room was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our airport return was well beyond checkout time; they tagged and held our luggage so we could go have dinner, then retuned us to the airport in the evening so we didn’t have to spend hours in the terminal, exemplary service by kind and caring people.

PPengguna TetamuWhile we had a confirmed reservation for a room at the Hampton, they were booked up, however, helped us move across the street to the Holiday Inn. It was midnight, with three young kids, and the front desk man for the Holiday Inn was proceeding to tell us there were no rooms and no options. After the front desk man from the Hampton pushed, Holiday Inn agreed to ”clean a room” so we could stay the night. They proceeded to clean a room with 1 King bed, when there were four of us and we asked for a room with two queens. An hour later, we were let in a room. The tile floor was sticky and there were only 3 shower towels (even though they all knew there were four people). Beds seemed clean and were comfortable. Airport shuttle driver was then about 12 min behind schedule but was very nice gentleman. I wouldn't care about the late shuttle (we planned extra time), except when you don't get into a room until 1am and you have to catch a 6:15am shuttle, it's annoying.

PPengguna TetamuThis was the ideal location for us to stay to go and see a Sharks game. It also came with a car park. This is a pretty traditional motel, for a reasonable price. The lady on reception was very helpful and let me leave my car parked the next day for the game even though we were only staying one night, which was very helpful. Clean and tidy room. We were at the very front of the motel which for me was not an issue, but my friend is quite a light sleeper and he found it very noisy, the road is pretty busy and the motel is at a junction, so it would be best to request a room at the back if noise may trouble you. I would return here if I see any more Ice Hockey games.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is next to a busy street and had construction going on while we were there. This made it more challenging to enter and exit the hotel, but I feel the people and the nightly rate more than made up for it. This hotel is not your upper scale most modern Marriott accommodations by any means, but it fit my basic needs very well with a few above average expectations. Our room was clean and tidy. There wasn't much bathroom sink space in our King bed room, but it was fine for our short stay and just 2 of us. It was nice to have breakfast included. It may not have the biggest selection of items but it was sufficient for our needs and one thing that they did well was the food was always warm and cooked very well. Not overcooked, or undercooked, or dry. They were very attentive with keeping it stocked and warm. The hash brown potatoes were really good. One of the pleasant surprises of our stay was the staff. I cant say enough good things about the general manager Celestina Munoz and the weekend night desk lady Jackie. They both were very pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. We needed extra pillows and Celestina immediately stopped what she was doing to go get us the pillows and some extra wash clothes. We didn't have to wait for someone to deliver them to our room and hoped they showed up. We arrived at breakfast one day close to when it was ending and she wanted to make sure there was enough for us to eat breakfast. Jackie was extremely nice and was very talented at the ”gift of gab”. LOL She enjoys talking to guests and getting to know them and offering whatever assistance she can offer. She took the time to ask what we did that day and if we had a good time and even offered us snacks when we came back to the hotel in the evening from a long tiring day. She's the type of person who always has a smile on her face and always happy and a kind heart willing to help others. Its easy to tell Celestina and Jackie both enjoy their work and enjoy people and life. They went above and beyond the call of duty compared to most hotel employees. They treated us like friends, not just guests in a hotel. In just a few short days it seemed like we became good friends. Sometimes there's more to a hotel stay than just the room and the bed your sleeping in and they made our stay at the San Jose Quality Inn a very pleasant enjoyable stay. It made some of the small less pleasant things meaningless. Before we checked out, i gave each of them small gifts of gratitude to let them know we appreciated them and everything they did for us during our stay. If we ever get to this area again, we will be sure and look them up. Thanks Celestina and Jackie for a pleasant stay. Keep up the good work.

PPengguna TetamuA lot more than what meets the eye when you first pull in! Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was ok except they didn't have the waffle machine working that was sitting on there on the counter, which was kind of big bummer. They also have a full bar but it was closed for whatever reason and not stocked at all. The breakfast and bar were the main reasons we booked this hotel too.
Oh and one last thing, someone at the front desk apparently ”accidentally” set off the FIRE ALARM in the entire hotel. At about 1:30AM the fire alarm sirens started blaring. I didn't smell smoke and didn't see or hear any panic when I went outside. I came out of our room and looked down the hallways and there was NO ONE to be found... Searched around (all while deafening sirens are blaring right outside our door) at 1AM and all of a sudden, after about 5 or so minutes of frantically trying to find a fire or anything, the sirens stopped. Extremely confused and also a bit irritated at 2am, we called the front desk after not hearing anything from anyone about if we were in danger or not. They answered finally and we told them that the fire alarm had been going off... The front desk person said ”Yes, we know, we took care of it.” Like it's a normal occurrence and we should've known I guess... So, confused again, we asked ”Sooo, was it just an accident?” And all they replied with was ”Yes.” Without so much as an apology. And that was that
So, be prepared, if staying here, that might happen! Just forewarning. 🤷

Ssedson408When we first checked in I advised the woman at the desk that I have a service dog. Oh I can't rent to you then you have to leave. After finding paperwork and ADA papers we finally got to our room. The coffee pot was disgustingly dirty, after washing it myself it didn't work right. It just made a mess on the floor. Safety cleaning that up myself I went to bed on an uncomfortable mattress. The room smelled musty and old. As of yet we Still have not received our $100.00 deposit back.

883lukejThe only word I could use to describe my stay at the extended stay Edenvale North is ensurance. No matter how long and hard the day was what obstacle you had to go through you always were insured that you had a place to come home and rest safely that's how I felt it here at the Extended Stay I was insured by the place to be safe with the help of kind staff and workers helping me get through each day that I stayed I can't thank them enough and highly recommend that if you need a place to be or stay when you're in South San Jose especially around the covid era the Extended Stay North always had my back very professional clean healthy environment to fall back at the end of the day five star rating awesome hospitality friendly environment I can't thank you enough for your help I highly recommend this hotel to anybody I need of a place to stay
