The service at Secco was top notch. Horacio made the absolute best Bloody Mary I’ve had at a Hilton property (and I do this all the time). The avocado toast was absolutely to die for- so simple but so yummy. BIGGEST MUST DO: the coffee is made with real espresso. We made a mistake by not ordering an espresso martini. We. Ant wait to come back to try it. 10/10 for the Hilton San Jose. Make sure you visit all of our friends at Secco though!

Room 1517 was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does a good job. Temperature controls are very easy to change and there was a refrigerator, coffee maker and a complimentary bottle of water. I love using the Marriott app to get my room key on my phone and bypass the front desk. It makes things very convenient. This hotel is a short walk to the Convention Center VTA light rail station that I was able to use to travel to and from the San Jose Airport. One issue I noticed though is that the in-room safe was not bolted to the cabinet. Anybody can literally just pick it up and carry it out of the room (which basically defeats the purpose of safe).

Selepas tinggal selama tiga hari semasa wabak, kemudahan awam seperti hotel dan restoran ditutup, termasuk perkhidmatan bilik, dan pengalamannya adalah biasa-biasa saja. Ia pada asalnya untuk jenama Westin, tetapi hotel ini terlalu panjang. Penampilan dan kemudahan hotel agak lama. Melihat Marriott di seberang jalan adalah sangat baru, jangan tanya saya mengapa saya tidak memilih Marriott, kerana saya tidak melihatnya semasa saya menempah hotel! Satu-satunya kelebihan ialah biliknya agak luas dan selesa.

I came up for a high school reunion and since I stayed here before, I wanted to stay here again. The woman at the front desk was friendly and inviting, and since I'm a Marriott member, per my request, I was given a great room on a high floor, and away from the elevator. Spacious room, great AC/heater unit, and the kitchen was helpful since I was there for four days. The breakfast buffet was great! Something different each day. Didn't care much for the pastry selection, but it worked. Really good coffee!!! Every staff worker I encountered was friendly and a couple asked if I had everything I needed. I really like staying here when I'm up in San Jose. It is so close to the airport, yet you can't hear the planes! I took two early morning walks along the river trail, and there you could hear the planes! Definitely worth staying at!

After a miserable day of travel and the last leg of our flight being canceled, Renee, at Four Points, sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and went far above and beyond to accommodate us, help extend our checkout time, and offer a very reasonable rate; the room was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our airport return was well beyond checkout time; they tagged and held our luggage so we could go have dinner, then retuned us to the airport in the evening so we didn’t have to spend hours in the terminal, exemplary service by kind and caring people.

Nothing I requested on the app was done. Couldn't connect to wifi in the room or the lobby after the first day; they connected me to someone at their provider who was not helpful. And finally, I left something behind but can't even reach someone at the hotel. No answer and voicemail is full. I won't be staying again.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is a hidden gem in walking distance of the city center and the convention center. Currently, parking is free there, so that alone is a reason to go there instead of the usual chains.
The person who runs this place is doing it with utmost dedication and love for the property and the guests. Everything is in top condition, the room is clean and provides everything needed for a business trip. I would give the facilities 5/5 if the towels would be of a slightly softer quality.

Aamberlys94At check in I asked for a room on a high floor, he told me he did not have any, but don't worry theres no one above you. which clearly there was, I could hear them walking and stomping. No problem , they were quiet after 9pm. The room was clean and decent enough, until it was morning and time to take a shower. No hot water. they were nice enough to move me, but I ended up forgetting a small canvas bag in the old room that completly dissapeard. the front dest person said nobody had been in the room but there was a luggage tag in the trash that was not mine and my little bag was not there, as it was the only place I could have left it. Would I stay agian, probably but I'd make sure I have hot water before unpacking, since moving rooms in a rush in the morning caused me to leave something behind, yes I know that is my fault, but the item should not have dissapeared.

PPengguna TetamuIni adalah Hotel yang hebat, lokasinya hebat. Perkarangannya cantik. Kakitangan sangat mesra dan membantu. Terdapat taman berlorek yang cantik bersebelahan dengan hotel, dengan taman permainan kanak-kanak, kawasan berkelah BBQ dan laluan kecil untuk berjalan kaki atau berjoging.
Hotel ini sedang menjalani pengubahsuaian beberapa kawasan ditutup tetapi masih menyeronokkan. Bilik telah dinaik taraf dan dikemas kini! Ini adalah hotel yang sangat tenang tidak pernah menghadapi masalah dengan bunyi bising walaupun semasa pembinaan sedang dijalankan. Perlu diingat ia adalah Mercu Tanda Bersejarah, bermakna anda akan melihat beberapa kawasan yang sesetengah orang akan katakan lama atau ketinggalan zaman ... Oleh itu ORANG HARTA SEJARAH!! Jadi hilangkan perasaan lama yang anda fikirkan dan pergi melompat ke dalam kolam !!!

This made it more challenging to enter and exit the hotel, but I feel the people and the nightly rate more than made up for it. This hotel is not your upper scale most modern Marriott accommodations by any means, but it fit my basic needs very well with a few above average expectations. Our room was clean and tidy. There wasn't much bathroom sink space in our King bed room, but it was fine for our short stay and just 2 of us. It was nice to have breakfast included. It may not have the biggest selection of items but it was sufficient for our needs and one thing that they did well was the food was always warm and cooked very well. Not overcooked, or undercooked, or dry. They were very attentive with keeping it stocked and warm. The hash brown potatoes were really good. One of the pleasant surprises of our stay was the staff. I cant say enough good things about the general manager Celestina Munoz and the weekend night desk lady Jackie. They both were very pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. We needed extra pillows and Celestina immediately stopped what she was doing to go get us the pillows and some extra wash clothes. We didn't have to wait for someone to deliver them to our room and hoped they showed up. We arrived at breakfast one day close to when it was ending and she wanted to make sure there was enough for us to eat breakfast. Jackie was extremely nice and was very talented at the ”gift of gab”. LOL She enjoys talking to guests and getting to know them and offering whatever assistance she can offer. She took the time to ask what we did that day and if we had a good time and even offered us snacks when we came back to the hotel in the evening from a long tiring day. She's the type of person who always has a smile on her face and always happy and a kind heart willing to help others. Its easy to tell Celestina and Jackie both enjoy their work and enjoy people and life. They went above and beyond the call of duty compared to most hotel employees. They treated us like friends, not just guests in a hotel. In just a few short days it seemed like we became good friends. Sometimes there's more to a hotel stay than just the room and the bed your sleeping in and they made our stay at the San Jose Quality Inn a very pleasant enjoyable stay. It made some of the small less pleasant things meaningless. Before we checked out, i gave each of them small gifts of gratitude to let them know we appreciated them and everything they did for us during our stay. If we ever get to this area again, we will be sure and look them up. Thanks Celestina and Jackie for a pleasant stay. Keep up the good work.

PPengguna TetamuA lot more than what meets the eye when you first pull in! Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was ok except they didn't have the waffle machine working that was sitting on there on the counter, which was kind of big bummer. They also have a full bar but it was closed for whatever reason and not stocked at all. The breakfast and bar were the main reasons we booked this hotel too.
Oh and one last thing, someone at the front desk apparently ”accidentally” set off the FIRE ALARM in the entire hotel. At about 1:30AM the fire alarm sirens started blaring. I didn't smell smoke and didn't see or hear any panic when I went outside. I came out of our room and looked down the hallways and there was NO ONE to be found... Searched around (all while deafening sirens are blaring right outside our door) at 1AM and all of a sudden, after about 5 or so minutes of frantically trying to find a fire or anything, the sirens stopped. Extremely confused and also a bit irritated at 2am, we called the front desk after not hearing anything from anyone about if we were in danger or not. They answered finally and we told them that the fire alarm had been going off... The front desk person said ”Yes, we know, we took care of it.” Like it's a normal occurrence and we should've known I guess... So, confused again, we asked ”Sooo, was it just an accident?” And all they replied with was ”Yes.” Without so much as an apology. And that was that
So, be prepared, if staying here, that might happen! Just forewarning. 🤷

But the shower head was broken so that made all waterful floor.
The structure of the motel building was made by wooden stuff. That makes terrable noise whenever people upstairs move specially during a whole night.

PPengguna TetamuThis place is the worst there was a cigarette in the bottom drawer, there was hole in the blanket from the cigarette, the sheets were not clean the bathroom towels were dirty, and it smelled. My family and I ended up checking out and some other people did as well (there also was a baby cockroach crawling around on the floor) PLEASE DONT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

PPengguna TetamuI can’t say enough about this hotel it was a great stay I felt safe the place is super clean they’re constantly cleaning some thing or doing something in there you can see they’re constantly updating keeping things nice. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The staff and accommodations went above and beyond. Lots of families we’re staying and I didn’t hear any noise in my room. I will definitely be back. Don’t hesitate to stay here it will be very relaxing. Grocery store and shopping centers right across the street so everything was so convenient and the weather was beautiful the hotel is clean I can’t see enough. Just perfect Thank you Extended Stay Staff 👍👍

883lukejThe only word I could use to describe my stay at the extended stay Edenvale North is ensurance. No matter how long and hard the day was what obstacle you had to go through you always were insured that you had a place to come home and rest safely that's how I felt it here at the Extended Stay I was insured by the place to be safe with the help of kind staff and workers helping me get through each day that I stayed I can't thank them enough and highly recommend that if you need a place to be or stay when you're in South San Jose especially around the covid era the Extended Stay North always had my back very professional clean healthy environment to fall back at the end of the day five star rating awesome hospitality friendly environment I can't thank you enough for your help I highly recommend this hotel to anybody I need of a place to stay
