Breakfast is good. The hotel building has 4 floors, the sunset view from our window is amazing as our room with sea is on the 3rd floor. The staffs are friendly, and allowed us to have a late check-out at 2pm without any charge. The parking is free and it's very easy to find parking space.

Our go to hotel when traveling up north. Quiet and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites San Jose North/Silicon Valley. The hotel was in a perfect location—clean, safe, and well-maintained. The staff was fantastic and made our experience even better. We look forward to staying here again! A few areas for improvement: The pull-out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. WiFi access was frustratingly difficult to log into. Breakfast was decent but could be better—I'd rate it 3.5/5. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor inconveniences.

The hotel is a business hotel located in the north of San Jose, in Silicon Valley. The sanitation is good, the facilities are good, the 4th floor where I stayed today is much better than the 3rd floor where I stayed last week, the shower faucet has a very strong water flow. The breakfast is good.

The experience of this stay was a little disappointing. The water pressure in the room was too low to take a good shower, which was very inconvenient. The service attitude is good and the staff are very friendly, but the location is relatively remote. The supporting facilities are a small shop selling instant noodles and frozen food. Overall, although the service is good, the facilities need to be improved.
