Hotel berhampiran Maite Marine Sanctuary, San Juan

Tahanan has a wonderful location with amazing views. Our room was comfortable and quiet and had a beautiful sea view. (And a cute little goat in the garden!) The food is great, with a menu ranging from pizza to to sushi and a good selection of cocktails. The staff was friendly and helpful. We rented a motorbike and the staff gave us great tips on where to go to explore the island. We had an unforgettable time and can't wait to go back!

Отель просто превосходный! Номера большие, с видом на море. Пляжа с песком нет, так как отель на скале, но все оборудовано чтоб спуститься к воде и поплавать. Есть лодки, надувные круги. Не многолюдно, тихо и спокойно. Нам очень понравилось. Хозяин отеля, просто прекрасный человек, всегда помогал, спрашивал комфортно ли нам. Вкусный ресторан при гостинице. Можно постирать вещи. Очень отзывчивый и трудолюбивый персонал. Спасибо вам огромное за внимание) Можно увидеть черепаху и много интересных рыб. Если будете на этом острове, обязательно посетите этот отель! Бонусом фото сделанные хозяином отеля, когда мы плавали на каяке.

This place is magic on earth. Salaya is not just a hotel/guest house - the ambiance and feel is like no other place we have stayed in the Philippines. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and passionate about the property and made sure we had an experience to remember. The gardens and pool area is so tranquil, with all rooms having a beautiful view of the sea. We stayed in Porcelain which was a two bed apartment - our family was 2 adults and 3 children - we had plenty of space. The diving is like no other. The service from the initial briefing and getting kitted up to getting out of the sea after a dive to warm towels (!) is first class. We literally didn’t lift a finger (we felt incredibly spoilt!). We enjoyed exquisite drinks and food on board, and snorkellers in our party were welcome with reefs we dived at were also catered to them. We dived on three days of our stay with our Junior Open water qualified children (but there is an opportunity to do Discover Scuba Diving if you are not qualified). We thoroughly recommend the day trip to Apo Island - turtles guaranteed, a beautiful crossing and wonderful staff on board to cater for your every wish. A special shout out to Jomer and Joel who were incredibly kind and patient with our young divers (aged 10 and 11) giving them confidence to experience some incredible dive sites. Salaya is heaven on earth, and what has been created here is incredible. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make your holiday perfect. We are already saving for our return trip.

This hotel exceed my expectation....above standard wow All staff will greet you with happy and heartily mabuhay!!!! Frontdesk super friendly and accommodating with all the details provided Room cleaners are very good and friendly Security are very helpfull all the times with smile and greetings... Super happy with the stay.....

I can't say enough about this hotel. Customer service was professional, efficient and welcoming. The staff never failed to greet me with ”hello sir” and wave and smile. Always helpful when I had questions such as ”what's the best way to get somewhere?”, Etc. Location is excellent with being close to the beach walk, many restaurants and access to public transportation. Property is well maintained and clean. My room was plenty big for one person but family rooms are also available. Only one thing that may bother some is the hot water was out for one of my 3 day stay. However this was a minor inconvenience for me and did not keep me from issuing this 5 star review.

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... Hotel ini tiada dalam rancangan perjalanan. Ia benar-benar kerana wabak domestik terlalu serius pada masa itu. Lebih daripada sedozen orang dalam keluarga berpendapat bahawa mereka hanya boleh tinggal di rumah untuk pengasingan di rumah. Walau bagaimanapun, saya sangat gembira untuk memilih resort menyelam ini, sebuah keluarga yang terdiri daripada 12 orang telah tinggal di sini selama 8 hari dan sangat berpuas hati. Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. Kami menaiki bot dari Pulau Sumilon ke hotel dok di Dumaguete dan menghantar dua kenderaan perniagaan untuk menjemput kami. Mereka juga menghantar kami ke Biro Imigresen Bandar untuk pelanjutan visa. Saya mendengar bahawa hotel itu adalah resort terbaik di Bandar Dumaguete, dan begitu juga. Persekitaran hotel sangat baik, dan gaya hiasan bilik juga menjadi kegemaran saya. Walau bagaimanapun, perkara terbaik ialah apartmen taman mempunyai dapur di mana anda boleh memasak makanan anda sendiri. Anda perlu tahu bahawa seluruh keluarga tinggal di Pulau Sumilon selama seminggu sebelum datang ke sini. Pensijilan menyelam domestik ialah anda hanya perlu membayar kursus dua atau tiga hari selepas membayar wang, tetapi pengajar di sini ialah anda tidak menguasai sepenuhnya kemahiran kolam renang, malah mengajar di laut Adik saya berumur 11 tahun. tahun dan jurulatih hanya memberinya lima hari kelas kerana kekurangan pergerakan. Ia benar-benar terlalu bertanggungjawab. Jurulatih Cina Layla sangat baik dan sabar. Kanak-kanak sangat menyukainya. Penggunaan hotel tidak tinggi. Selepas sijil menyelam, kami sekeluarga menyewa bot menyelam ke Pulau Apo. Ia termasuk semua peralatan dan bayaran pemandu menyelam dan bayaran jurugambar dalam air. Berbanding dengan tempat lain, harganya sangat murah, dan bot menyelam juga sangat profesional, dan kemudahannya sangat baik. Pendek kata, bagi saya yang suka menyelam, hotel ini mungkin perlu pergi lagi pada temasya tersebut.

For a 5 star hotel, it doesn’t seem like it is and definitely not worth the price. -Poor amenities (Example, they offer a small thin bar of soap as a body wash. Why wouldn’t they offer liquid body wash? Also, some towels were overused) -They clean the rooms/bathrooms and change your towels after 3 days instead of everyday. There’s no pandemic anymore so why not clean the rooms everyday?! -Good food, but not enough choices for breakfast (Why wouldn’t pancakes be included in the options?Also, the coffee doesn’t taste good - strong and burnt tasting) -Nice staff, but they need more training: ＞Food Service is slow and inefficient. During breakfast and lunch, our food were served after hours of waiting. Some of our orders came incorrectly (not what we ordered). ＞Disorganize and lack in system. ＞They lack in staff both at the front desk and Sans rival Cafe. -They will charge you if you don’t return all your keycards. If this was a true 5 star hotel, you wouldn’t charge your guests for something cheap and disposable. Overall, our stay was ok (big rooms and nice pool), but lacking in amenities and training of staff. There are more cons than pros. Whoever owns this hotel seems like they are saving too much on costs. Never going to stay in any of the Henry Hotels in the Philippines.
