Everything is perfect, but terraza'CR needs to be remodeled , it is too small to take a shower, and it is wet everywhere after used.

Customer service is definitely 5 stars. Everyone was friendly, accomodating and fast. The room rate came with breakfast and dinner buffets. OK food choices . well worth the money you spend. The only complain I have which is very minor is the shower. Very very small. We stayed at the casa b beach front.

ACUATICO is my go-to place for much needed peace and quiet, rest and quality bonding time with my family. Amazing staff, great food, impressive infinity pool. I love the La Prima facilities and my family always looks forward to the happy hour. I hope there would be more schedules for the beach extravaganza. Thank you, Acuatico, for exerting efforts to make our birthday and anniversary celebrations truly special. I will keep coming back!

Each visit to Acuatico is better than the last. Though commonly known for its infinity pool and its nice rooms, this resort’s real asset is its staff. Everyone is friendly and seems genuinely happy to be of service. They even go out of their way to grant our requests, including sending to us personal belongings we left behind. Guest experience manager, Jane, quickly responds to our concerns, whether big or small. Alli at the front desk, and resto staff, Camille and Andrea, are always willing to help. Thoroughly enjoyed dinner al fresco on our last visit, where they had a band and fire dancers for entertainment. We hope to be back soon!

Though almost all the review is good, i kept my expectations manageable. But i was so surprise in a positive way. The pool is just so inviting & well maintained. Not powder white sand but the water is clean, clear with small pebbless & i even saw small fishes. That's how clean the water is. The room is not that big but kept clean, they have white & soft linen. I love their big & clean bathroom. The food is so delicious with variety of choices. But the best part is their service. They have if not the best, definitely one of the best staff any resort could have. All of them & i mean ALL of them are so respectfull, helpfull & would do everything they can to assist you. Thank you for making our stay & travel worthwhile. Will definitely come back.

Resort staff & crew are very professional. The resort is due for renovation and make-over (ain't cheap to stay in this resort). The general manager should consider keeping the resort competitive (world-class standard). Employee benefits such as educational assistance & better medical/health coverage are worthwhile investments too. Should preserve the beauty of the beaches & its waters. Was there, "Hugom beach," in '88 when it was just a quiet fishing village - found it as the best 'white' sandy beach accessible by land (then) . Although the landscape have change, the locals retained their friendly and pleasant ways. Love the people of San Juan. Thank you!

The Good: Customer Service - 5/5: The Acuatico La Prima Beach Resort team is dedicated to making your stay extraordinary. A special mention goes to Jane, Queency, and Lani, who consistently delivered exceptional service and made us feel like cherished guests throughout our stay. Cleanliness - 4.9/5: The resort maintains high hygiene standards, ensuring that rooms are clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and worry-free stay. Travel Time - 4.8/5: The resort's strategic location, just a 4-hour drive from Metro Manila, makes it an inviting choice for those seeking a quick getaway. The convenience of reaching this serene destination is certainly a plus. Room Comfort - 4.8/5: The La Prima King Suite and La Prima Twin rooms are thoughtfully designed, offering ample space and meticulous attention to detail. The view from the Suite is a highlight worth mentioning. Room for Improvement: Now, let's address some areas where there is room for improvement: Food - 4.8/5: While the Happy Hour experience at the Intimo bar is delightful, and the buffet breakfast provides various options, specifying allergen information for the food would significantly enhance the dining experience. Additionally, some improvements are needed in the Intimo bar, such as installing an elevator for the convenience of senior citizens and PWD guests. Room Comfort - 4.6/5: The shower pressure and heater may require improvement as they heat slowly. Furthermore, while enjoyable, the Jacuzzi could benefit from reconditioning, as some buttons and the shower function were not functioning during my stay. If you plan on staying in the La Prima King Suite, exercise caution, especially for senior citizens and PWD guests, as there are steep and numerous steps to navigate. Amenities - 4.5/5: While the gym facilities and pool are excellent, some water activities could benefit from further updates to enrich the overall experience. The availability of the massage bundled with the room depends on the manager's schedule, which may require more streamlined coordination to ensure guests can fully maximize this offering. One notable enhancement that could significantly elevate the guest experience would be the addition of gym instructors or assistants. This would provide valuable guidance and support to guests using the gym facilities, ensuring they make the most of their workouts while maintaining safety and proper technique. The Just OK: WIFI - 4.5/5: The resort's Wi-Fi connection is commendable, boasting a speed of 180Mbps upload and 170Mbps download.
