Modern , beautiful and clean . Also the service was 5 stars . Location is very central as well.

The small sign made finding the property quite difficult. The area is very run down but the property is very nice insid and has good secure access. The room facilities (fridge, coffee, mini bar) are in fact in the entrance hall. There was no wine, water or beer and very little coffee. The access relied on having internet access which we didn’t so thankfully a young lad helped by contacting the owner. There was no safe, which given the area would be advisable.

The accommodation is minimal, about 5-7 rooms ballpark. It is super convenient and close to Luis Munoz Airport. There is no signage on the facility besides a small name on the gate across their designated parking lot. It took us 10 minutes to locate the place- a signpost would be helpful. The location is what I can call a little gem in the middle of a very depressed neighborhood. My wife gave me an evil look when we exited our Uber, but her attitude changed upon our entry. While I didn't feel unsafe, the neighborhood doesn't give you a sense of safety. The host and staff were super excellent and helpful. Contrary to the neighborhood, the facility was spotless and, quite honestly, way better than 5-star accommodation. I'll give the accommodation 4.5 stars and 9 out of 10

Had trouble finding the place a Big alit Casa Ciana sign would make it more comfortable to get out of the cab after dark.

I cannot stress enough how amazing our stay was. Not only was the property clean and conveniently located, with free parking included (a must in metropolitan San Juan), the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and assist with anything we could possibly need. My best anecdote (among the many) was when we came back from a long hike absolutely COVERED in mud. I was fully prepared to find a Laundromat and beg forgiveness for the disaster, but we were greeted with smiles and given access to an area with a hose. And then if that weren't enough, the lovely manager/housekeeper/all around angel actually washed our boots in buckets when the hose wasn't working well! She was incredible, I cannot speak more highly of her as a staff member, or as a human being. 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed there for 3 nights. I was impressed on how easy and seamless the check in process was. I received a text message the morning of my check in with very detailed instructions on how to access the building and room. The bedrooms were very clean, very comfortable and well maintained. Raul and Goya were extremely helpful throughout my entire stay. Omayra is the hostess with the mostest! She was extremely accomodating and made us feel like we were at home. You can tell that she really cares about your experience. They all provided awesome recommendations on places to visit in San Juan and local spots to check out in the Santurce neighborhood. Overall the experience was fantastic. Looking forward to my next visit to Casa Ciana.

Area is close to everything. If you want to sleep in its pretty hard since everything can be heard from the hallway. The owner was really nice.

The property was clean, located in a convenient location and they had great customer service. Free water, drinks, beach towels and fast WiFi. Omayra the operations manager was the sweetest!

Fantastic service from the moment we walked in! Honestly would recommend anyone to stay here!
