Great experience with the stay. Staff was great. Area was amazing. Nice and very clean. Would suggest to add more pods for the Keurig and wash cloths.

The Morgan Hotel is a comfortable hotel, perfectly situated for visitors to the Hearst Castle. The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable, and amenities adequate for an overnight stay. The breakfast was basic but appropriate for the price.

…but not necessarily our worst, either. First I will say that staff were very eager to fix any problems that popped up. Unfortunately, problems started before we ever got into our room. Well, that WAS the first problem. The friendly and eager-to-please manager sent us to the wrong room so our keys didn’t work. But we didn’t know it was the wrong room until the manager came and opened the door with their key and there was already luggage in the room! Fortunately the actual guests weren’t there. The manager (who was also the front desk clerk who sent us to the wrong room) took us to another room down the hall. This one was empty. Our keys worked that first day, but the 2nd day they stopped working and we had to go to the other building where the “front” desk was and have them re-programmed. Is that it? No. The shower was one of the weirder that I’ve encountered in a motel/hotel. The hot/cold water nozzle was backwards plus, if you turned it far enough to get acceptable water pressure, it would scald or freeze you. So we took our showers under a drip drop of water. “Why didn’t you move to another motel?” We thought of that but there weren’t any vacancies. I have no compliments for their awful complimentary breakfast - there was nothing I cared to eat and tomorrow I’m not going to bother going. When we came back to the room after a walk, the housekeeper was cleaning which reminded me that there wasn’t a “do not disturb” card for the door. This is also the first motel/hotel I’ve stayed in without a box of tissues or a clock. Mere inconveniences, but these things add up. AND I’ve bored you enough, so I’ll wrap this up with: they failed my cleanliness test for any motel, hotel or airbnb because I found a hair that was obviously not ours in the bathroom right after we occupied the room. We shall not be staying here again.

Tempat kecil yang indah. Suka lubang api yang boleh anda duduki pada waktu malam. 酒店就在市中心，位置方便，就是剛到前台辦理入住的時候，酒店需要再收一筆稅費，但是在攜程預定時確實是已經全部付清房費，不過為了儘早入住，還是按照酒店要求付了錢，隨後和攜程聯繫，隔天就收到攜程回復，答應退回相應的稅費，當天攜程退費就到賬了，所以雖有不順，但很及時溝通和解決，特別是攜程的網絡電話溝通選項，對於身在境外，不方便接電話的客人，還是非常重要的一種及時有效的溝通方式。
