Hotel 4 bintang San Luis Potosi yang Popular

The hotel lack of heaters. The air conditioning is only cold and it is working all night without the possibility to turn it off. I got sick because the room is average 60F (17 C) and they don't have enough heaters for all rooms. They offer one more blanket. By deafult there is only one pillow, one towel even do the reservation mentions clearly 2 people. If you need more, you need to ask for them to a Guest Service that never answer. The front desk recepcionist (Miriam) is rude, impolite, foolish and at the first minute of your arrival you are dealing with problems and with her. The parking lot is really small. In summary.... the worst. We decided to leave the hotel @ 3:00 am and they wanted to charge the rate for the day even do we were moving due to the fact the hotel is a freezer. They never apology for the inconvenient and it's dissapointing how they handle this situation. We moved to a Encore Hotel and the difference is huge!

Good place to stay

Todo estuvo demasiado increíble, desde que llegamos la atención es demasiado buena, apesar de estar sobre la carretera no molesta el ruido, tiene plazas e incluso mercados cerca.

I am writing this reviewing in order to share my experience for staying at Encore hotel in SLP: Since I arrived, people helped with my badges. They provided my a ticket for a free beverage. The amenities are modern and hilarious including gym and pool. My bedroom always went ok. I had lost a personal article when I sent my clothes to laundry service l, however, personal of reception get my back it with a chocolates! That was so cute. The food is delicious as well. My check out was early and I get soon my invoice. The breakfast service begins at 6:30am that is a little bit late for people who need to be at work 7am, so I strongly recommend to start that service much early, please. It is the reason why I give 4.5 stars of 5 posible. Overall, If someone else would ask me about to go back again, I’ll say absolutely yes. Thank you so much for reading me.

Viajamos por carretera de CDMX a Monterret y decidimos hacer escala en el camino. Escogimos este hotel porque está super bien ubicado. Quedamos muy impresionados con el hotel: super nuevo, muy bien ubicado y muuuy limpio. La traifa fue bastante accesible. Además es pet friendly! Todas las instalaciones de primer nivel. El estacionamiento es bastante amplio. Super recomendable.

Pequeño el area de desayuno. Es mejor estar temprano para evitar mucha gente en los desayunos. Sin embargo el servicio esta disponible en domingo hasta las 11am. Apesar del frio nos metimos a la alberca tenia buena temperatura ya que tiene calefacción solar y esta techada

El lugar más insatisfecho es que básicamente no hay aislamiento acústico y el entorno es muy hermoso. Hay 2 piscinas al aire libre relativamente grandes, ¡lo cual es realmente raro en lugares donde el agua escasea! 最不满意的地方，基本毫无隔音，，环境非常优美，有2个比较大的室外游泳池，在缺水的地方实在难得！
