Muy reconfortable y cómodo para cualquier motivo de visita

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. The reason for the 3 stars is that there needs to be repairs or improvements. My room door didn't always work and the the plumbing in the bathroom produced such low water pressures I was concerned about showering. There were only two available outlets in the room, and with today's electronics requirements that is simply not enough. On a positive, the breakfast served here as absolutely delicious. Make these improvements (not modernize the looks, just the accommodations) and this hotel could be a real gem in SLP.

For multiple business trips to San Luis Potosi over the past 2 years I have stayed at Fiesta Americana. My experience every time has been outstanding. From the first interactions with the Staff at the front desk, to breakfast/dinner servings, to room service and final check-out, the attention to detail and service was top level. With the post-COVID full re-opening of both the businesses within the adjacent Mall and beautiful Park the value proposition for the Fiesta Americana is unparalleled. I would highly recommend to others staying in San Luis Potosi.

I chose this hotel specifically for the pool while visiting family. When I arrived, I had an easy quick check-in and room was already ready. Front desk staff was friendly. We promptly headed to the pool. Our pool time came to a quick end when we were told maintenance was about to start so we had to leave. This could have turned into a bad situation but I will give kudos to the manager Enrique. He made arrangements for the hotel to shuttle us to the other Hilton 10 mins away to use their pool. Then we were allowed to keep our room until the next day 6p so we could use the pool since it was then ready and repaired. The room itself had a beautiful view. Parking was easy onsite. We would stay again.

Soggiornato due notti presso questa struttura, buon livello di accoglienza, buoni servizi generali, colazione varia, dolce e salato. Presenti piscina, palestra, ma non utilizzate. Unico piccolo difetto che è sulla strada principale, quindi si avvertono i rumori degli automezzi. Comunque lo consiglio ugualmente.

Johan was an excellent waiter. Very attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We had the fajitas (beef and chicken) I had a margarita. At first I wasn't happy with it but it was refreshing and sneaks up on you, just like a margarita should. I wish I got the bar man's name. The hotel room was very clean and fresh. Wonder place to stay The receptionist were very kind and had delicious cold melon drink upon entry.

Al lugar solo le falta una remodelación sin quitar al lugar lo clásico que lo distingue, el personal tanto de recepción como de restaurante urge cambiarlo o motivarlo porque son descorteses con los huéspedes, creando una atmósfera de cero interés hacia uno, no con esa amabilidad que representa el llegar a provincia y la calidez de su gente, el mesero cero empatico al momento de llevar el desayuno ni siquiera sonríe y en su celular todo el tiempo, hasta allá sin hacerte caso y ademas valiéndole literalmente que uno ocupe algo, molesto por haberlo quitado de su celular para hacer sus labores, definitivamente no vuelvo a este hotel y no lo recomiendo

Excelente hotel para un viaje de negocio. Habitaciones impecables, ropa de cama de muy buena calidad, wifi rapido y restaurante aceptable aunque quizás un poco caro. Estacionamiento gratuito. El hotel está organizado alrededor de un jardín, es un edificio de dos plantas similar a un motel norte americano. Muy seguro y bien cuidado. Gimnasio adecuado aunque los aparatos ya tienen sus años y se les nota. Muy buena ubicación en las principales vías de acceso a SLP y a unos 10 minutos en coche del centro histórico. Personal extremadamente amable y profesional. Impecable manejo de protocolos covid.

Viajamos en familia, 2 adultos y 3 niños, nos quedamos aquí por el tipo de habitación que maneja este hotel y que hemos visitado en otras ciudades. En este caso nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia. Llegamos al hotel el jueves 21 de Julio para salir el sabado 23, el dia de hoy. El viernes 22 en la noche que regresamos a dormir nos encontramos con que no había agua caliente, el agua además estaba muy muy fría. Lo reportamos y no recibimos ninguna atención, solo que estaban trabajando en ello. Decidimos dormir y bañarnos al otro día para evitar que los niños se resfriaran. En la mañana del otro día, seguía igual, era necesario el baño, lo reportamos de nuevo, sin respuesta, nos dijeron que nos prestarían otra habitación para bañarnos y nunca sucedió, aparte perdimos el tiempo para el almuerzo mientras bañábamos a nuestros niños con agua helada y no nos ofrecieron ningún solución. En resumen , tuvieron más de 12 horas para solucionarlo u ofrecer alguna alternativa y solo se disculparon diciendo que estaban trabajando en eso. Pésimo! Y una lástima pues las instalaciones son bastante buenas. Definitivamente buscaremos alternativas.

This is a great base for a successful business trip. Great hotel, great Service, great people. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Staff go out of their way to be supportive.
