Casa Cien

INCREDIBLE! This property is not just perfection for wedding couples but for families, girls trips and couples. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the team there is beyond versed in excellent service! Ruben, Jenny and Rolando were incredible and so friendly! We would see Rolando in town and he would always greet us and have the biggest smile on his face. I am in hospitality and I have to say that Casa Cien is so fortunate to have them and the rest of the team representing them. We will visited for my sister's wedding (Gonzalez/North) and will be back again!

We spent 6 nights over the new years holiday at Casa Cien. It's is a beautiful property in a quiet part of the town. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The property has only 8 rooms, so we were often the only guests by the pool and hot tub. Everyone staffing the hotel was friendly and attentive to our needs. When one of us had a horrible toothache on a Sunday night, they managed to find the medicine we needed and bring it to our room that night! Casa Cien was also helpful with dinner reservations at Atrio (excellent meal), arranging ground transportation to/from the airport, and scheduling an on-site massage. We greatly appreciate everyone's hospitality and will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to do so.

Although our stay at Casa Cien and our visit to San Miguel De Allende wasn't as previously planned due to the cancellation of a wedding, a huge thank you for all the staff making the experience as most fabulous as possible. A massive thank you to Jennyfer for her beautiful personality, amazing customer service and great friendly smile each day. Jennyfer definitely went above and beyond to make it a great stay. A big thank you to all the housekeepers for keeping the place so neat and tidy. A huge thank you to Memu for his kindness and friendliness in the late afternoon and evenings and keeping us well supplied with beers and margaritas to drink. Casa Cien was a most fabulous and beautiful location to stay, can only imagine how more stunning it would have been for a wedding. A beautiful clean location, close in walking distance to the main town with clean safe streets.

We went to Casa Cien for a wedding not knowing what to expect. It surprised us in a positive way! While it is not a hotel, it is also not technically a house. It is a collection of 8-10 rooms and suites surrounded by open spaces that are ideal for special events, like weddings, but also fantastic just to relax and separate yourself from the bustling of down town San MIguel. The rooms are generally well appointed, modern and spacious. The feel of the property, like I said before, is open, relaxed and has that old Mexican charm that is special to the area. While the property is spread out through a steep hill with landing areas, there's a cart to help people with slight mobility problems get up to their rooms if need be. I would not recommend this property, of visiting San Miguel Allende in general, for people with severe mobility issues. One thing to note is the slight personality disorder of the property, while it is not a hotel, it does offer some hotel like amenities, but not at 100%, if that makes sense? For example, they serve a (very) limited breakfast (with great coffee btw), It has a small pool and jacuzzi, a workout room and even the services of a massage therapist that visits the property on call. Also, while there's no restaurant in the property, they have partnered with a restaurant around the corner to offer room service. Funny enough, that restaurant served some of the best Peruvian food I have ever tried anywhere in the world! Kudos to the whole staff who, while not working at a hotel, they made it seem like we were staying at a 5 star resort! Special mention to Ruben who is the concierge/barista/ breakfast server/cook and (very limited) bar tender who happens to make the best margaritas in all San Miguel Allende! I would recommend Casa Cien for small groups or families looking to stay together, in privacy and within walking distance of most visit worthy places in San Miguel Allende. We are Looking forward to return to this property in the not so distant future! Enjoy

Casa cien was the most incredible venue for our wedding and a sanctuary for us to stay during the wedding weekend. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and accommodating to anything you might need and they helped create the most beautiful memory for us. We hope to return soon!

Amazing place and the grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Everyone from the management to people cleaning the house or grounds were super nice and considerate. We had our daughter’s wedding in the premises and we couldn’t have had better place, service or stay. Delicious breakfast in the mornings and the service was great at the pool or when we needed drinks with glasses and ice delivery later in the evenings. Nespreso coffee in our rooms was neat but they do charge the capsules after the 1st refill. My mother in law needed assistance and they offer to bring her up or down with their gold cart every time, there were still many steps but she managed it. Also I do need to mention that the 2 back rooms always had a funky smell that we couldn’t get rid of or that the hot water sometimes wasn’t that hot, but this was always solved by calling the front desk.
