Not a place I would recommend , It is close by to the fwy and cruise terminal .. All in all not a well kept up establishment .. Better options out there ..

Staff was helpful when we had a problem with the door lock to our room. Switched our room and upgraded us at no additional fee.

I order Studio 6 San Pedro for pre cruising stay. Very disappointed that poor conditions for occupying (2 nights). Nothing for them to be represented as Studio nor motel / hotel except near to cruise port terminal

Staff was helpful and parking here is good deal even if not staying at hotel

Don’t stay there. Outside looks nice. Inside was terrible. They have some semi permanent residents. 3rd floor smelled like cat urine and in fact there was a litter box in the hallway. It was terrible. The room had gum stuck to the window, dirty walls and is worn and just old. We left and went around the corner and stayed at Crown Plaza. The hotel is close and walkable to the cruise port but so is the Crown Plaza. I rarely write reviews but I had to on this. It really was bad.

Room was dirty, mattress was yellow and stained sheets and pillow cases dingy yellow. My room had a roach in it. I had to go to Walmart to buy sheets a pillow and disinfectant spray. Outside my window were homeless people and trash. I was expecting a decent room with a wonderful view. I do not recommend this place. The health department should shut them down. I will never stay here again nor will I ever recommend someone staying here. Seriously just gross!!!

This served our purpose of being a room for a night before embarking on our cruise. But, the property was dirty, and unclean, stairways and hallways didn't look like they had been vacuumed in years. Our room was old, with a smoke detector hanging down. We weren't sure whether the sheets had been changed because the room was not clean.

I liked its view and have walks at the park. I didn’t like that i noticed on my car some tried to break in.

Run down rooms..bed was terrible, smells like smoke. Overall juat rundown hotel. Not goog for the price

This is by far the grossest motel I have ever seen. This place had bugs, stains, and had clearly not been cleaned. My partner and I were on a long drive and needed some sleep. My guy doesn't like to make a fuss and he was exhausted, so we just tried to get a few hours sleep and leave. It was not worth it.

The property needs to be fixed up/updated. The property showed its age. Had problem with the AC/Heater due to a lot of water leakage on the floor. The front desk personnel was helpful and pleasant.

Large room , and close to the ship line which was great. However their was no working TV, no hangers for clothes, no place close to get coffee, no hair dryer, towels are small and rough. They must be working on this Inn for it is very noisy misting furniture, and power tools, but it was quiet after 7:00 .

The location of this hotel and the friendliness of the staff are great. The condition of the property, furnishings, lighting, decor etc… however, are not great.
