Would go back again, best friendly area and the mountains are lovely and nice nice area !!! An above the good shops in the mall and the nice movies are under the hotel , Rained an had best time never need the leave the lovely restaurants under hotel great shopping an saw a movie … I’ll good back !

Great property, well located within Monterrey. Excellent staff, and the rooms are spacious, modern, impeccably clean. The co-location with a retail mall, makes it worthy of 5 stars in all categories.

I enjoyed very much my stay. The location of this hotel is perfect as you are within walking distance from La Arboleda, the best commercial place in town. The staff was amazing and they gave a room upgrade to make my stay even better!

Do not have parking lot, we need to pay extra esch day, the tv dors not work correctly, the image was horrible and has only 12 channels

Property is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. We had some inconveniences due to the property being at full capacity and our “king” bed room was not available. After speaking with management they were able to arrange a new room the day after we checked in. Breakfast is delicious and well served for the price.

Great location and awesome staff. Some construction going on which caused some weird smells and loud noises at times but overall an excellent stay with a great price. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
