After checking in, I found that the room had a strong musty smell. I turned on the air conditioner and found that there was no response. When I went to the counter to report that there was no air conditioner, I was told that I had to set strong wind + minimum temperature to have air conditioning. I went back to the room and followed the instructions of the counter staff, but there was still no air conditioner (machine) Not working at all). The room is simple and a bit old, but it is OK for a business trip overnight. Take an Uber to the airport for 16 euros and it takes about 15 minutes.

The environment is quite quiet but it is quite remote. The front desk is a bit inefficient and takes a bit of time to get things done.

Hotel with comfortable rooms, quiet location, two blocks from the metro and bus station, close to The Styles Outlets shopping center in San Sebastián de los Reyes, a 10-minute walk, and also close to Lidl and restaurants.

Hotel close to the metro and buses, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's a bit far from the center of Madrid, but for my visit, it's halfway there, so it's a good compromise. Be careful with public transportation because it's part of a different zone, and for the airport, it costs €3 more if you don't have the right pass.

Excellent service, clean and tidy room

The service is very good! The front desk was very considerate. The hotel was clean beyond expectations and had all the facilities. The only small problem is that the sound insulation is not very good, so it is recommended to bring earplugs.
