Hotel dengan WiFi di San Sebastian

We were having a fantastic vacation along the North of Spain (Oviedo, Gijón, Llanes, Santander, Bilbao) until we got to the Mercure Monte Igueldo. We had a problem with a double booking that we were not aware of. And even it this was not the fault of the hotel in principle, the harsh, unfriendly managing of the situation with different points of views and versions from different managers and receptionists at finding the booking -- some promising to find out it they had received the money and let us know after the holiday period, then changing their decision to finally charge us again without informing us first (”the direction has decided to charge you” they told us on the phone after having left the hotel) gave us such stress that we left with great tension and sadness. Needless to say, they forgot to contact us as promised to confirm whether they had already received the money for the double reservation or not, as needless to say that we would like to forget to have chosen this hotel or do it again in business or privately.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in this lovely boutique hotel in San Sebastian. It is very centrally located - only a short walk from the old town and the beach. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful and gave us some really good restaurant recommendations. The rooms are lovely and very well serviced. The self service breakfast was very extensive and the servers were so friendly. I would really recommend this hotel as a place to stay in San Sebastion and we would certainly stay there again.

El hotel está bien en cuanto a ubicación y servicios, solo le falta tener mas plazas de aparcamiento (solo tiene 7 según recepción) para ofertar a clientes ya que por toda la zona y alrededores es zona azul, verde o roja de pago y no hay zonas de aparcamiento libre. Por lo que, tienes que pagar para dejar el coche en la calle siendo preferible pagar, pero en un parking controlado y vigilado. En cuanto al desayuno de buffet libre, no es muy variado, además el café es de máquina automática y deja mucho que desear.

Hotel nuevo, bien ambientado y con habitaciones amplias y elementos de calidad. Como sugerencia, el poner unas almohadas más firmes. Si volvemos a Donosti, seguro que repetimos!

Really nice hotel, but the standout is the customer service and the little touches. Complimentary mini bar, free coffee and champagne in the afternoon but most of all the staff here are fantastic. Great location too. Highly recommend to any travellers.

It is such a nice and luxury Spa hotel. Room is very well designed and comfy. Everything you need is in the room, kettle, fridge etc. Hotel has a Spa, Gym and swimming pool. Spa is not free but Gym and swimming pool is free. If you want to stay in San Sebastián but a bit farther from city center this is perfect place for you.

The hotel is located about 15-20 min walk to the center of San Sebastian. Staff are kind and extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good. Restaurant was surprisingly very good in the lobby. stayed there for 5nights and 6 days was well worth it. The price was quite expensive for what i paid but it was during the film festival so was well worth it. would certainly stay here on my way back to San Sebastian Wonderful knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful
