Hotel San Simeon dengan Sarapan

攜程上訂酒店確實很方便，但是臨時有突發狀況進行退訂也很麻煩。換句話説就是遇到突發狀況，根本沒辦法退訂。本來計劃是走1號公路開車2小時從蒙特雷到聖西蒙。結果carmel by the sea下午2點就起海霧了，我們就抓緊時間趕路了，本來已經過了big sur後面臨時發現封路，又原路折回到蒙特雷。一路上都是霧氣。能見度很低，又趕上落日，天一下子就陰暗起來。我們擔心行車安全，一直聯繫攜程給取消酒店，再換一個就近的森林酒店，攜程説最晚當天21點50才能給我答覆是否能退，我們一看沒有準信，就再換68號高速，走101，連着開了5、6小時才到酒店，到酒店時已經轉鍾了，人非常疲憊。體驗感極差。攜程的訊息是相對比較滯後的，不能及時給客户解決問題，這個是希望能進行改進的地方。

晚上到的，有點冷，房間裏有老式壁爐，沒有用，主要還沒冷到那個程度。酒店房間對着太平洋，第二天早上看到風景很美。離herts古堡和看象海豹的地方都很近。

房間很整潔，也比較大。床鋪寬大，極其舒適。有停車場，院內有游泳池和篝火，人多組團應該受歡迎。離城堡有十分鐘車程，附近有一些飯店，需要開車。度假旅遊非常合適。

Room 108 / 114 Pros: nice, quiet place above Cambria, CA. Within walking distance to the beach. Plenty of parking. (Noticed the Sheriff's unit cruising the parking lot.) Pets welcome with lots of pet areas. Property is well maintained. Cons: Water overflow from shower pooled around toilet, making use a little troublesome for dry feet. Overall: If you want a place out of the ”hustle & bustle” tourist areas, this is the place. Very close to Hearst Castle. (3 miles)

The Sea Breeze Inn in San Simeon was a lovely place to stay. It was clean and quiet and very close to the ocean. All the rooms face the ocean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They don't offer breakfast but I went over to the nearby Cavalier Coastal Kitchen restaurant (at the Cavalier Oceanfront Resort) and had breakfast there and it was great. I was scheduled to stay there only one night but I loved the location so much that I changed my plans and stayed another night!

This little hidden gem in the quiet golden coast is a perfect place to relax and view all kinds of amazing sights and activities from watching the beautiful sunset to all the unique wildlife all around this is a perfect little spot to relax and explore !!

Conveniently located just a couple of minutes drive from Hearst Castle and an elephant seal viewing point, Sands by the Sea is a perfect stop along Pacific Coast Highway 1 between San Francisco and Los Angeles. The hotel room was clean and spacious, and the hotel itself is located right next to the ocean - perfect for a morning walk. Reasonably priced. Breakfast vouchers for toast and coffee were provided.
