Villaggio Cala Mancina

The property is at the edge of the village. So much more calm and further away of the touristique center. Still in walking distance of the beach and the restaurants. The hotel is placed on a little hill and offers a fantastic view to the sea and the mountain. The appartment was spacious and very clean. What I didn‘t like was the loud music around the pool area. I felt like being in a club.

Stayed here for one week through 7 across. Very tired needs a load of work bringing it back to the 4 star that they are advertising!! Bathrooms are disgusting, we had NO maid all week. Therefore no fresh bedding, towels, toilet roll and no cleaning. Which is not acceptable. I would definitely NOT return or recommend.

Our family had a great stay here, apartment was clean and comfortable, easy walk to the beach and downtown area. Highly recommend

We have stayed in the hotel for almost a week. The location is perfect, a walking distance to the gorgeous beach and walking streets with restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself was very cozy, however we couldn’t get breakfast as the restaurant was in renovation. The pool is nice and was enough for us. Not sure how it is in the summer if there are enough sun chairs. Cleaning could be improve.

Esperienza pessima. Per farla breve: sono arrivato con la mia famiglia, siamo 14 persone. Una volta arrivati siamo stati accolti da una persona estremamente incapace. Dopo averci accompagnato alle camere, tutte vicine tra loro, è ritornato alla reception per prendere una chiave alla volta, facendoci aspettare circa 30 minuti prima di poter entrare nelle camere. Alcune camere erano minimamente fornite, altre invece, non avevano nessuna coperta o cuscini. Mio zio per esempio, una volta entrato in camera ha trovato il letto con dei mobili poggiati sopra, facendoci capire che le camere non erano proprio pronte per accogliere qualcuno, è stato infatti spostato in una camera lontana dalle nostre. Le camere erano fredde e quelle con una “vista mare” pagata circa 60€, non avevano nessuna vista mare, al massimo avevano una vista sulla piscina in cui i gabbiani facevano il bagno. Quando abbiamo detto alla reception che il letto matrimoniale che avevamo pagato in più, poichè io sono alto 190cm, non c’era, non sono riusciti ad’aiutarci e ho dovuto dormire dentro coperte sporche per due notti in un letto lungo non più di 160cm. Il villaggio in se non è sul mare, è a 15 minuti di camminata dal mare. Per ultimo non vorrei tralasciare quanto la mia famiglia sia stata trattata male durante il check out. Quando cercavamo spiegazioni sui soldi che ci venivano chiesti in più, il signore della reception ha iniziato a ignorarci perchè non sapeva cosa dire. Durata del check out? Circa 40 minuti. Tutto sommato non consiglierò questo posto nemmeno al mio peggior nemico. Non perchè il villaggio sia un brutto villaggio. Ma perchè venire trattati così male quando si portano soldi che permettono all’attività di continuare a esistere, è inaccettabile.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo villaggio per la prima volta sicuramente torneremo ci siamo trovati benissimo soprattutto con l’animazione ci ha fatto divertire tantissimo!! Abbiamo mangiato molto bene al ristorante dentro la struttura !!ci siamo trovati anche benissimo con il bagnino i baristi e tutto lo staff😊😊

Wir waren 7 Tage in diesem schönen und familienfreundlichen Hotel mit Apartments am Rand von San Vito lo Capo beim Yachthafen und am öffentlichen Strand. San Vito lo Capo ist ein kleines Städtchen mit guter touristischer Infrastruktur und schönem Strand. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Gegend um San Vito lo Capo (Zingaro, Trapani, Monte Erice, Marsala etc.). Es gab ein gutes Frühstück und tolle Animation am Salzwasser-Pool von Renato, Dante, Andreea & Ilenia. Unkompliziertes Verwaltungs- und Empfangspersonal mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge in der Nähe. Tägliche Reinigung und neue Handtücher. Privater Parkplatz für jedes Apartment. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!
