Attention travelers! it's crucial to be aware that hotel have two types of properties: budgetary accommodations with limited amenities located behind the main hotel at different location where they have built three rooms separately where they had offered to stay but they have other rooms in the main building of the hotel which they have reflected to lure the customers. To avoid any disappointment, ensure you thoroughly check the details of your booking, especially if you're offered a discount. We had reported of discrepancies what was booked and what was provided by the hotel. When we had requested for different accommodations, we got rude and unhelpful responses from the property owner, who insisted to leave immediately without offering alternatives. This lack of accountability and poor customer service can significantly disrupt your travel plans and sour your experience. As a lesson learned to prevent such distressing situations, it's advisable to verify the specifics of your room location directly with the property owner before your arrival. Additionally, consider booking that offer reliable customer support. Even though, who also assist in resolving issues with the hotel but property owner refused to address and simply instructed to leave. Remember, proactive communication and thorough research can save you from last-minute disputes and ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip.
