Stayed at the Trouville Hotel for a soul weekend. The hotel is right on the sea front, so great views of the sea , cliffs and pier. Room was very clean with a lovely modern bathroom. Great towels. Bed was really comfortable. The food, three course, was really good and great portion size. Full english breakfast, the same, with a choice of cereal, porridge, fresh fruit, yoghurt, kippers and juices. Delicious all round. The staff were so friendly, everyone, reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners. Nothing was too much trouble. An all round great stay. Would definately return. Thank you Trouville.

Absolutely loved my stay. Staff were wonderful and every need was catered for. Unfortunately nobody would have been on hand for a shelf in the shower in room 204. That shower is fantastic, but it just needs a little shelf for shampoo and stuff. Haha! Just me getting old!

As a coach operator we had our first tour into the Trouville at the beginning of April and everything was first class. The driver commented on how organised everything was and the feedback from the passengers has been excellent. Cleanliness, food, location, staff, everything 5*'s. I really think the Trouville will become one of our most popular hotels, we just need more dates than we already have please Tracy 😁

Had a great time. Went with our short-mat bowls club. Hotel arranged a match with a local club, which was brilliant. Our room was warm, clean and comfortable. The food was top notch, menu was varied, cooked and presented perfectly. Staff were very efficient. Thank you all!

Stayed at the hotel as part of a coach trip . The staff firstly made derogatory comments in the welcome speech about Welsh people getting drunk and few other snide comments The rooms a little tired and the two single rooms in our party dissapointing views i can see why you dont charge a supplement. Food well may I point out im a chef . the food quality was only passable . However our waiter Mareck was a attribute to your team . The entertainment was appauling. Would we stay here again. unfortunately no .

Had a great Easter Weekend travelling with Kirbys Coaches Hotel was clean and tidy and staff were very able and friendly Room was basic but very clean and suited our needs. Food was very good and we always were full after meals One small criticism is that walls are so thin can hear neighbours TVs

I have just enjoyed a lovely out of season w/e break with Barnes Coaches - a bright comfortable first floor room with sea views - perfect! Helpful friendly staff and good food - I didn't find the room for a game of mat bowls or table tennis until too late - (out enjoying trips round the Isle) - maybe next time!

We had an enjoyable stay once again over Chris**as. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The food and entertainment was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the fact there is only one lift and many residents are unable to use the very steep staircase, this should be considered when booking as there is often a wait for the lift as it is also used by staff for moving equipment.

We were delighted with all the delicious meals and the attention of the staff. The decorations were beautifully done and the table decorations were changed every day and that made the occasion very special . We have nothing but praise and thanks for all concerned. We think that the fact that this is a family run hotel gives it that extra touch for all its guests.
