"After spending a week at the hotel - I now understand why it is so highly recommended, from the initial welcome by Michael, the welcoming and friendly staff at breakfast to the best barman ever. Take a bow Nathan. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The choice at breakfast was amazing - from cereals, cold meats and cheeses, bacon & eggs and a number of different specials each day. The staff actively encourage you to make sandwiches up for your days out. A number of Gluten Free items are available. A nice touch is the coffee & cakes in the afternoon. Our room (112) was really big & had been recently renovated - no complaints at all. The hotel itself is ideally located for many restaurants & bars, however as June is still low season quite a few were closed on Sundays & Mondays. The gondola & train stations are only a short walk away. We would return in a heartbeat - as many of our fellow holidaymakers already do."

"Went for a ski holiday. Really nice modern hotel, fairly quiet which was perfect for us as a family. The family rooms are crowded with a couch bed, a foldable bed and the double bed. For a full week stay having connecting rooms would be preferable. The double bed in the new part of the hotel were new and really comfortable - and the kids beds were acceptable, but unfit for adult weights. Everywhere is clean and neat in the hotel, while maintaining a chill atmosphere, where kids are welcome too. The facilities check all the boxes, although some are more basic than others: Fitness Pool (for kids all day) Saunas (for families one hour a day) Bar/lounge Ski-garage with dryers The restaurant was top notch! Really nice buffets and varied too! Quality was good and gluten-free bread and pastas were prepared upon request. Most of the staff were extremely service minded. The surroundings include a ski equipment store, a ski rental, ski school/instructors, a cafe and it’s all just a few hundred meters from the lift. All lifts are slow so you end up spending much time in them, especially the top lifts. It’s a shame there’s no long green for beginners technique training, but on a positive note the slopes and lift system around the mountain side is well connected so even though it’s a small place, there’s adventures to be had. The temperatures were horrible while we were there. 10-14 degrees most days and no new show for over a week. They struggled every night - making new snow when possible and reparations with what little they had. In all fairness we were impressed, even though the circumstances were bad. We had two full good days, and good mornings the rest of the week, before the snow got too heavy and bulky to ski for us intermediates."

"We were a group of 12. This hotel is as described. Location was very good - ski bus stops outside the hotel but it’s only 10 min walk to main lift/village. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice & we enjoyed cooking our own eggs/bacon . The Spa/gym area was lovely. Bed rooms had plenty storage but the lighting was poor- one of the main bed room lights was behind the curtain so didn’t give much light when curtains were closed! Beds all twins.. felt like camper beds tbh. En-suite was great, super shower. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely, friendly & very helpful."
