Once again the hotel was wonderful. The central location, the friendly staff and the superb breakfast make this hotel one of the best for a visit to Urfa. A couple of reviews have commented on the fact that this is dry hotel with no alcohol. If alcohol is important to you, go to the Hilton, it's boring but they have beer. We will be back for more of the El Ruha's charm. Menus are in English, and with a bit of Google translate, language is not an issue.

Nice clean facilities in beautiful old historical buildings, delicious and filling breakfast, and a good central location near the centre to e.g. Balıklıgöl and other tourist spots - as well as good parking conditions just outside the hotel, in case you travel by car. Thank you for a lovely stay! I will definitely come back if I find myself back in that region again. :)

muhteşem bir konumda yer alıyor. Balıklıgöl'e sadece 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Otel, tarihi bir taş yapı mimarisiyle dikkat çekiyor. Gece aydınlatması ise romantik bir ortam sunuyor. Personel çok ilgili ve kahvaltısı da oldukça lezzetliydi. Deprem sonrasında burada konakladım ve otelin depremden hiç etkilenmediğini gördüm. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

Estuvimos 1 noche con bebé pequeño y todo estuvo ok, tienen cunita, desayuno y habitación correcta y limpia, baño pequeño pero completamente funcional y por sobre todo limpio. En pleno centro y cerca de parte histórica donde llegas a todas partes. Personal muy amable y servicial en todo momento.Recomendado y es para volver en familia

The hotel is clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated, staff extremely helpful and helping me to get around. Not even to mention the most amazing breakfast included in the price!
