The hotel staff's behavior during check-in was extremely unpleasant. When I asked a male staff member to check me in at the hotel counter, he only mentioned my name. After filling out all the necessary paperwork, including my car information, I was assigned room 132. When I opened the door to my room, I detected a strong pet odor. I immediately went back to the counter and explained the odor. They didn't even bother to investigate and immediately told me that all rooms were already booked. If I didn't like it, I was told to cancel and rebook at another hotel. That's harsh, but I told them I wanted them to at least check the room's odor. I don't believe you, but I'll make the change just once. I was immediately given room 329. I'd been using this hotel before the COVID-19 outbreak, and this was the first time I'd experienced such treatment. It was extremely unpleasant and disappointing.

The room is OK, but overall it's a bit old and has a bit of a smell
