Localizado próximo as estradas de acesso á cidades do interior e á 8km do centro de Piracicaba. Hotel é limpo, organizado e com decoração moderna. A recepção ampla, com bom atendimento e com itens locais á venda. O quarto bem espaçoso, com boa cama e ducha, frigobar, micro-ondas, TV com canais á cabo, ar condicionado split, uma mini cozinha com utensílios, wi-fi , cortina black-out e limpo.A acústica é um pouco ruim, ouve-se muito barulho e falatórios no corredor, principalmente os quartos próximos aos elevadores.A camareira foi bem simpática, tanto no dia da minha chegada, como no dia da saída. A senha dovwi-fi do hotel é bem criativa.:) O café da manhã é bem variado, com frutas, bolos, pães, yogurt, tortas doces e salgadas, frios, sucos e etc...Caso queiras ovos fritos, omelete e tapioca, há uma taxa extra de R$20,00.O local não é grande, e aos finais de semana fica bem lotado. O estacionamento são 2 andares, com bastante vagas, mas opte por estacionar no último piso para facilitar a sua saída, há muitos pilares. O hotel possui uma pequena academia, um bar e serviço de quarto. Gostei bastante do hotel, mesmo sendo distante do centro

Awesome experience of almost two weeks stay in hotel Florenca, the breakfast is delicious and attractive. I would like to thanks Mr. Nelson for kind nature followed by Mariana & Camila. The location is good, near expressway. Facility includes gym & swimming pool for kids. The restroom is little compact but, ok.

Estivemos apenas uma noite no hotel, mas fomos muito bem recebidos, desde o agendamento da reserva Os quartos são confortaveis, limpos, tudo bem organizado e o jantar oferecido tem uma boa variedade de opções. O Hotel é bem tranquilo, possui produtos de higiene pessoal bem embalados, toalhas limpas e cama confortável, além da opção de pedir o jantar no quarto, sendo que o mesmo possui cofre, tv, ar e uma mesa para alimentação ou trabalho. Café da manhã foi ótimo e o estacionamento é pratico e gratuito.

Hotel bom e confortável, mas carece de atenção na MANUTENÇÃO das suítes. Como estava com esposa e PET, a ÚNICA OPÇÃO disponível era OBRIGATORIAMENTE a suíte com banheira no SEGUNDO ANDAR. Isso não é informado na ficha do hotel no APP. Como dizia PET FRIENDLY, eu fiz uma reserva em apt casal (sem banheira) e tive que CANCELAR para REFAZER A RESERVA. Mas isso eu SÓ SOUBE QUANDO LIGUEI PARA O HOTEL PARA CONFIRMAR A RESERVA ! Cancelei, e fiz uma nova reserva na SUÍTE CASAL COM BANHEIRA. Quando minha esposa foi usar a banheira, começou a VAZAR ÁGUA EM TODO O BANHEIRO, obrigando a PARAR DE USAR e solicitar uma TROCA DE QUARTO… Só que NÃO TINHA MAIS SUÍTE COM BANHEIRA no segundo andar (único “andar pet”… nunca vi isso). Solução ? Ou passar para um APT 2 CAMAS SOLTEIRO (nunca trocaria uma cama king por 2 de solteiro) ou DEIXAR O HOTEL. Não me ofereceram mais opções. Então EU QUE TIVE QUE PERGUNTAR QUAL OUTRA SOLUÇÃO. Desligaram e me retornaram 10 minutos depois. Não iria sair às 20:00 da noite para procurar outro hotel, então tive que ficar e CONVIVER COM O PROBLEMA. O hotel se limitou a dar de ”cortesia” a diária pet (75,00). Não gostei mas não tinha o que fazer. Prós: - cama king maravilhosa - travesseiros maravilhosos - ar condicionado excelente - rede Wi-Fi boa - chuveiro bom (que TAMBÉM VAZOU ÁGUA NO BANHEIRO) - café da manhã muito bom - localização em área nobre da cidade Contras: - falta JOGO DE CINTURA PARA RESOLVER PROBLEMAS - banheiro SEM NEMHUMA MANUTENÇÃO Lamentável.
