Hotel Santa Barbara dengan Spa

I’ll start by saying this is the first review I have ever written about anything… This hotel is beautiful. The valet and the front staff were lovely. The rooftop pool was perfect and the location was just right. However- the walls of the hotel rooms are PAPER THIN. You can hear absolutely everything. When we first checked in at 430pm, there was housekeeping working on the room next door and it sounded like a construction site (we actually to confirm it there was)- vacuums hitting the walls, furniture being moved, stuff being dropped onto the floors- but the worst was very loud conversations about things that should not be discussed in a work environment at a $500/night hotel. In order to mask the noise, we put on some music in our room (at 5pm mind you) and 10 minutes later we got a knock on the door reporting the music was too loud! The next morning we woke up to our neighbors laughing hysterically and blasting Taylor swift (and hey, I’m a swiftie myself), but the loud cackling is not something I want to be woken up to on vacation. I am really sad to say I will not stay here again. It was definitely not worth spending almost $500 for one night.

We loved our stay at Hotel Milo! Everyone from the front desk to the valet were so friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary bikes - what a fun way to see the gorgeous scenery of Santa Barbara! The hotel is central and within walking distance of so much - the harbor, the wharf, State Street, and so many restaurants/shops. The cozy firepits around the property are a great way to end the night as well. Highly recommend and we hope to get back to Santa Barbara to stay here again!

The resort was beautiful, the room was comfortable and clean. We brought our golden retriever and it was a very pleasant stay for him as well. The location is close enough to the shops and restaurants of State St. but far enough away to be peaceful and not too crowded. My only complaint is the food. We ate at all of the different restaurants and each time we were so disappointed by the quality of the food and the prices were astronomical. I don't mind paying a lot for good food, but this food was worse than what I make at home and I am not a good cook! My daughter ordered the lobster roll at The Set and it was terrible. $30 down the drain. We had breakfast at The Roundhouse and the avocado toast was beyond bland. Then we tried lunch at the Terraza del Mar - I got a chicken Cesar salad and my daughter got a poke bowl. The salad was cole slaw mix and chicken, that was it. Her poke bowl didn't have the rice that it was supposed to have and was horrible, she couldn't have more than a couple bites. I would stay at the resort again, but would never eat at any of their restaurants again. Better to Doordash or eat off property.

Love this hotel very much. It's big with comfortable bed pillows and kitchenette. A nice balcony with a fountain too. Parking was free that's a plus! Opposite a supermarket and a street delicious tacos so very happy. Only problem is the cold tiles they use on the floor which is uncomfortably sticky and also the sound proofing was very bad, the noise of cleaning, luggages going over the tiles outside of our room is pretty annoying. Might consider coming back.

The parking at $40 a night plus tax is too high, but other than that it was a lovely stay. Pool and hot tub were great and a nice relaxing atmosphere by the fires they light at night.

Lokasi yang baik, tempat letak kereta percuma, kolam renang dan jakuzi terma, bilik dan meja penyambut tetamu adalah lebih baik daripada Motel biasa. Sarapan yang disediakan semasa wabak ini agak ringkas, cuma kopi panas, bukan roti atau pembakar roti!

We booked a 2 bedroom suite for the 3 of us and were happy with our choice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The living area was comfortable except for the very tired couch. The bright overhead lighting could be easily fixed with a dimmer switch. We were at the back of the building which was easily accessible. Parking was excellent and front desk staff very welcoming. Every destination was an easy shot from this location. Coffee was terrible, but overall this was an excellent stay.

Everything about this stay was enjoyable! I was very warmly received and the communication at the front desk was superb. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for a business traveler. The location is also perfect as it is situated in the heart of Downtown SB and the waterfront.

For a special occasion we stayed at Hotel Californian. Location was perfect, but hotel experience was lacking. If you're a late-night reader and partner a sleeper, there was a problem. No separate reading light. So side lights controlled by same wiring, were either on or off, on both sides of bed. The walk in shower flooded the bathroom floor. With a rain shower, you would expect to have shower caps, but no, you had to ask. Simple toiletries were not automatically supplied. Had to ask for fresh soap and lotion. If guests have to ask, it's not a 5-star lodging. Premier ocean view room was over a warehouse building with unsightly skylights. Not worth the price. Management was indifferent.
