Hotel berhampiran Monumento a la Toma del Tren Blindado, Santa Clara

This hotel is located in one of the side street behind the main square. This hotel is not a colonial Building. A normal 3 storeys Building. My room look like newly painted, no window (it's better for me to keep the noise away from outside ) Everything is absolutely 2-3 stars。But aircond has a noise like water dippping. Very annoying. So they change for me. The second room has a window, But too noisy from the street, the door lock not working well, the electricity plug felt off, the bedsheet has stain, the WiFi couldn't connect, So i ask the reception to change, her attitude was so rude Just say no. Said i changed Once. This is low season, hotel was empty. She Just refused to change. Right in the main square there are hotel centro, colonial building, outlook is impressive. Price similar to hotel America, Unfortunately it was my first choice but already full. Avoid this hotel, no offence.

nice room and lovely building in a good location but 1. No hot water in the mornings 2. I requested minimal stairs as I have dodgy knees, despite making this request in May for a January visit and the hotel not being full we were given a room on the top floor- maximum stairs 3. Breakfast was modest and if you are a veggie very small, staff were unwilling or unable to adapt a cheeses and ham toastie to a cheese toastie so provided dry toast 4. Cleaning staff moving furniture in the breakfast area noisily during breakfast and mopping the floor to make them slippery for their customers 5. Internet chaos Staff friendly but need training

My wife and I had lunch at that restaurant and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent food and service we experienced. Having eaten st a resort at Santa Maria, the food at El Palmar was far superior. The service was also superior to that which we saw ay the hotel. I highly recommend that establishment either for a short stay or a sumptuous meal.

He estado en este hotel 4 veces en el año 2024, dos veces como huésped y dos pasando el día con mi familia , es un lugar muy tranquilo, familiar, acogedor, buena gastronomía y atención , la atención al cliente es el principal atractivo ya que te hacen sentir muy cómodo,la piscina es espectacular y muy limpia lo recomiendo como hotel número uno en la ciudad de Santa Clara .
