Wonderful staff. Very good shower. I don't like the shampoo and body wash in dispensers attached to the wall of the shower. I DO NOT like (nor use at home) body wash. Provide a real bar of soap for the shower! No mirror in the room, other than the one above the sink. Perhaps there is supposed to be one in the ”hallway” between the front door and the main part of the room, but there was just a metal flashing on the wall six feet above the floor. This might be the first hotel room I have ever stayed in that does not have a full-sized mirror. The bed was comfortable. I like the room and the amenities it had (other than missing a mirror).

One night for business as the location was close to my customer. Staff was very nice. They do charge $15 for parking which is a bit of a joke. Room was clean and typical courtyard format. I was on the first floor facing the street and there was alot of street noise. Overall the location was great. The room was good but the Street Noise and parking charge knocked it down for me

I like to stay in this hotel for its location in the heart of Silicon Valley and for the options this hotel offers. The breakfast with quality ingredients is very tasty. On every stay I see the same breakfast caretakers and this indicates very good workplace that appreciates experience and professionalism. The M-club caretaker Olga, I meet her there for the last 15 years, is always cheerful and does a great job to make you feel welcome. She’s one of the reasons I like to stay there.

The service at Secco was top notch. Horacio made the absolute best Bloody Mary I’ve had at a Hilton property (and I do this all the time). The avocado toast was absolutely to die for- so simple but so yummy. BIGGEST MUST DO: the coffee is made with real espresso. We made a mistake by not ordering an espresso martini. We. Ant wait to come back to try it. 10/10 for the Hilton San Jose. Make sure you visit all of our friends at Secco though!

Stayed two nights and used the small conference room for a business meeting. The room surpassed my high expectations with a very comfortable bed, a hot shower with refreshing pressure and spray pattern, very clean, comfortable, and a HUGE TV. I was impressed with how easy it was to project Netflix from my iPad to the TV. The internet service was fast, uncomplicated and flawless. Every staff member I interacted with was talkative, friendly and committed to service. I travel often and wish every hotel met this level of excellence.

This hotel in the United States is extremely amazing! Its location is superb. There is a Chinese supermarket and many Chinese restaurants nearby. For Chinese tourists, it is really convenient. You can taste familiar flavors at any time. Moreover, it is very close to Apple's headquarters, with a strong technological atmosphere. The hotel's interior environment is clean and the service is also very considerate. Whether it's for business trips or vacations, this is a good choice. Highly recommended to friends with similar needs.

All the employees of this hotel are nice and respectful. The room does not have a strong chemical smell compared to other hotels that over sanitized their place. I can breathe well without headache. Some guest like me have chemical allergy and sensitivity. Good thing that this place doesn’t use harsh chemicals for cleaning. I will be back again

We stayed for two nights and asked for bed sheets change at the front desk after the first night, when we came back to the room in the afternoon, the bed was tidy up but the sheets and the pillow cases was not change. The room is modern and the facilities are nice.

游泳池是亮點，房間夠大，床單被褥也足夠乾淨舒適，不過房間的wifi不穩，而且隔音一般，早餐實在是搖頭，服務態度挺淡漠的，設施也老舊，所幸位置倒是絕佳，就在交流道邊上，下高速1分鐘右轉就到，而且過馬路就是大超市，咖啡，三餐，全部無腦解決，旁邊還有加油站，以灣區南面來説，這個價格的確有競爭力，看在位置的份上，酒店自身的缺點也就忽略了，適合來灣區南面自駕出差，預算有限的商務客，但不適合度假旅遊

A very clean, updated Hyatt House with a Chromcast TV and a huge collection of EV destination chargers for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles, which was very convenient for me as I rented an EV from the airport and I'm able to fully charge it overnight here, saving a lot of hassle finding a public charger. I was not offered a Globalist upgrade, however, upon checking in, which Hyatt Place/House hotels aren't required to do but most do, in my experience. There do seem to be a lot of extended stay ”residents” at this property, for what it's worth, but the hotel does seem to be in good condition, except for one thing: the elevator is broken, and one of the residents mentioned that this is not the first time it's been broken. For this reason alone I'm glad I didn't get a top floor ”upgrade”. I would stay here again if only for the EV charging, saves time and hassle on a road trip to top the car off overnight on a drive from LA to the Bay Area.

Kali ini menginap di hotel sendiri tiada masalah, semua aspek cukup bagus. Intinya adalah bahawa tempahan hotel membuat saya sangat tidak berpuas hati! Apabila saya membuat tempahan, saya hanya fikir Ctrip akan melakukannya semula, dan kemudian saya mengetahui bahawa ia diberikan oleh pihak ketiga. Bagaimanakah saya tahu bahawa terdapat pihak ketiga dalam Ctrip? Akibatnya, semua pihak menganggap bahawa ia adalah keputusan pihak ketiga, dan tiada siapa yang bertanggungjawab.

My husband and I stayed at the gracious Enchanté Hotel earlier this week. It looks exactly as pictured and is well maintained. Everyone, from the receptionists to the restaurant server, was so kind and helpful. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of wine (anything of our choice from the menu). When I was taking two coffees up to our room the next morning, the server thoughtfully followed me to the elevator so she could press the button for me. I had asked for a top-floor room in advance and our request was granted with no caveats. Our room (#38) was well appointed and quiet. The fireplace was easy to turn on/off with a switch. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and modern. I only wish the water pressure in the shower were a bit stronger, but I guess it’s low-flow eco friendly. Overall, we were delighted with our stay and look forward to returning next time we’re in the area.
