My family of 5 reserved 2 rooms at Hotel Diria for the evening of 12/29/23 as a stop between Nosara and the Liberia airport. Unfortunately the weather was poor that day which prevented us from exploring as we intended. We decided to go to the airport to try to change flights. Even though we had just checked in and paid via a credit card, the manager, upon hearing our situation, immediately refunded our money without any further questions. She did it with a smile and set us on our way. It’s nice to see customer service is still alive and well. Very well done, Hotel Diria.
