Hotel dengan WiFi di Santa Cruz

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao Centro Histórico da cidade. O hotel é bem grande, com quartos espaçosos. No meu quarto havia duas camas de casal. Há piscina “gelada” para os corajosos. O café da manhã é bem simples e com pouca variedade de proteína. Os pontos ruins do hotel foram: o cheiro de mofo no quarto e a porta de vidro que não tinha chave para fechar, logo ficou aberta durante todo o período que estivemos por lá. Fato: o hotel é seguro.

The Marriott is located at the Northwestern edge of Santa Cruz, 13km from the airport. The hotel was built in 2017 and offers 172 rooms over 19 floors. Furnishings and decoration provide a comfortable atmosphere. Service is helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a spacious junior suite at the 18th floor. The nicely furnished and decorated room had desk & chair, large TV and an excellent king size bed. We had a separate sitting room with bench, desk, Nespresso coffee facility, fridge, large TV, wardrobe, and safe & ironing facility. We had a separate spacious bathroom with washbasin, toilet & large shower. Windows can’t be opened. You have to rely on air-conditioning. Complimentary mineral water, and good Wi-Fi. All was very clean. At floor 19 you find club lounge with coffee & soft drinks 24/7 and at 18:00 a buffet & drinks. The buffet breakfast at floor 4 is good, with eggs made to order. The Marriott Santa Cruz is a very comfortable hotel, and we had a good stay. Recommended.

La habitación es grande, cómoda, el desayuno flojo.

Localização interessante para mim, atendeu muito bem ao que eu necessitava. Os quartos dispõe de sala, mini cozinha, varanda, quarto e banheiro. A cama é bem confortável. A decoração é um pouco antiga, mas nada ao meu ver que desabone. As televisões em cada quarto são de uma forma, bem como os utensílios que são disponibilizados. O que é unânime são copos, xícaras, 4 pratos e 4 jogos de talheres, uma espátula ou uma colher. Alguns quartos dispõe de panela, outros de frigideira, e outros ambos. Senti muita falta de uma panela no meu quarto, por conta da diferença de alimentação na Bolívia. Também alguns quartos dispõe de carpete e outros de piso. Se tem alergia, já sinalize na reserva para não ter problemas. O que mais achei que poderia ser um ponto de melhoria, seria um restaurante funcionante para serviço de quarto! Faz muita falta! O café da manhã que servem no quarto é extremamente caro e com itens muito básicos (sucrilhos, uma fruta, iogurte, suco, tudo semipronto/industrializado). Outro ponto é o teatro. Se for uma estadia longa, peça sempre quartos mais altos para não incomodar o barulho até aproximadamente meia noite. No mais, tive uma estadia agradável. O staff era cuidadoso e simpático, bem receptivo.

Last night we were left waiting for over an hour in the lobby while the front desk tried to sort out a “lost” reservation. I had my 3 kids, including my 4 month infant. Management was not helpful even though I had my email confirmation of my reservation. Hotel staff asked to see proof of payment on my credit card, which I provided, and then they said the only solution was to charge me twice until they could sort out the missing reservation on their end. It had been almost an hour waiting in the lobby at that point so I told them it was fine to charge me again while they sort it out. I looked at my receipt and it was 2x the amount it should have been, so was I was charged 3x! I asked them to refund me the new charges and we left at 1am to go to a different hotel. I’m still left with dealing with Priceline for the first set of charges. Management was NOT helpful and if this is the hospitality they show at check in then we are not interested in ever staying here again. We’ve stayed at Marriott down the road a dozen times with no issues.

We have been at the Cortez three times, we couldn't even consider going to another hotel. The staff is so friendly and efficient, they make you feel at home. Lovely rooms, a charming patio with an inviting swimming pool and plenty of spaces where one can relax and enjoy.. Wonderful breakfast with a generous variety of fresh fruits. Although there are many good restaurants in the vicinity, it is a good idea to dine right there, great food!
