Our go-to place whenever we want to have a quick escape. The breakfast buffet is very giving! There are many selections of foods. Friendly staff, fun game room, 3 pools, and a little play area for kids. I haven't tried the gym and other areas. Will surely go back!

No boiling flask was provided in the room . Water has to request from receptions but overall service is okay as they allow guest to check in early and check out late.

We will surely go back there. Highly recommended place to stay near nuvali, paseo, and tagaytay less traffic. A perfect place to stay

The room we booked was very spacious, and has a very nice view. However, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and when housekeeping checked went to check, it turned on but the noise was too loud and no cold air coming out. So we were transferred to a another room which had no view, smaller tv with a very sqeaky/noisy mattress. Every move we made, it made a noise, it was not what we have expected to experience from a 4star hotel. It was disappointing and the whole fiasco had disrupted our sleep so bad that we left the hotel even more tired. Not sure if i want to go back here anymore.

As I stepped into Sogo Hotel, I was initially impressed by its aesthetics and courteous staff. The ambiance seemed welcoming, and the amenities provided a comfortable stay. However, there was a notable downside – a persistent smell that lingered throughout the premises. Despite the pleasing aesthetics and courteous staff, the persistent odor was a notable detractor from an otherwise enjoyable stay. It's essential for the hotel management to address this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

It’s a bit old but very cozy and homey hotel. Food are tasty kudos to their in-house chef. Value for the money Only that we suggest to provide a face towel, a separate shampoo and conditioner not an all in one along with the body wash.Overall we have a good stay and for sure will return once we are in the area again
