Hotel berhampiran Spiaggia Valle Dell'Erica, Santa Teresa Gallura

Ancora tutto molto nuovo, pulito e ben servito. La colazione ottima e la cordialità eccellente. Ho fatto richiesta di anticipare il check-in in tarda mattinata e ci hanno accontentato. Ci hanno atteso anche quando abbiamo fatto un lieve ritardo rispetto all’orario concordato. Vicina alla parte centrale del paese: Santa Teresa è ahimè fatta di stradine sali e scendi e il parcheggio non è così facile da trovare. Probabilmente avremmo dovuto chiedere ulteriori delucidazioni e sono certa che le avrebbero date. Il vantaggio di essere in centro è l’avere anche la possibilità alla sera di girare tra bancarelle ed eventi. Questo non preclude che la camera è molto silenziosa e anche fresca: non abbiamo avuto la necessità di usare l’aria condizionata. Grazie dell’ospitalità ☺️

Ganz lieber Empfang ! Bestes Frühstück 12/10! Tolles, mit Liebe eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir durften unser Gepäck noch den ganzen Tag, nach dem check out unterbringen. So konnten wir noch den ganzen Tag am Strand verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Beautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.
