Its the best hotel on that area as it was very accessible to everything...room is clean...services are well provided...

I like staying in this hotel during business trip

Location-wise, it is ideally placed as it is in the less congested area of Santiago City. But I might skip it next time due to the following reasons; 1. The bed seems to have bed bugs. We itched during our one-night stay. 2. The foot towel provided looks like it's been used and/or not replaced after the last occupant (see photo). 3. The housekeeping crews are a bit noisy while cleaning the next rooms and hallways in the morning. Not ideal when you didn't get a good sleep because you were scratching the whole night. 4. They unoccupied rooms are left open for some reason. However, considering its price point, it's not that bad.

Center of town. Good hotel, amenities wise just average. Resto has good food at reasonable price. The only thing is that the toilet so small and bidet dripping. Seems the bedding aren't changed tho. For the same price if i book hotel Direct vis trip.com almost the same but trip doesn't cover free bfast. Sucks

Good location and price is affordable

Stayed for 3 nights at the Mango Suites, Santiago with family. Earlier when we stayed here in 2023 the staff were helpful and courteous, now the staff are snobish.We booked the Deluxe twin room which is a joke as there is nothing deluxe about it. Cons: No electric kettle or glasses provided in the room. Only two 250 ml bottles were provided throughout our entire stay. When we asked for glasses disposable glasses were provided with disposable spoons. 2 toilitery kits were provided for 4.

It was a reasonably priced, comfortable, with a hair salon downstairs that offered good service and good price. There's nearby places to eat. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Clean room. Place is quiet.
