Nos ha ido genial, la relación de precio con el hotel está súper bien, el desayuno bien, la ubicación buenísima. Las habitaciones muy buenas. Lo único q fallo era el wifi q a mi habitación no llegaba bien. En cuanto a limpieza e instalaciones súper bueno. En la habitación había nevera .

Style over substance - stayed one night after walking the Camino. Room modern but hotel is located near Galicia Plaza and is central so noisy both day and night, especially when Spain sleeps in the afternoon and stays up late evening. 4th floor room - tiny window up high so no view at all and hemmed in ; no information on either - yes 2 safes in the wardrobe- so no idea as to how many digits needed etc; shower - v v v marginal gap between running v hot or cold, impossible to get a medium temperature; second shower couldnt get the shower switch (you pulled under the tap) to stay so had to wash in 2 inches of water in the bath - hence appearance over practicality. QR code takes you to hotel info - thoroughly fed up with that and using phone battery / space etc plus had to go to reception for wifi code as not in room. Wifi didnt work in restaurant in basement.

Experiência única em local histórico preservado de forma única! Quarto com cama confortável, banheiro de tamanho bom, ótimo chuveiro e vista para o pátio antigo. Café da manhã bom mas nada excepcional! Bom atendimento e ótima localização ao lado da igreja de Santiago de Compostela!

Firstly can I just say the Receptionists, Susi, Andrea and Juan were so friendly and helpful. They are a complete asset to this hotel as there is no bar or lounge area, so their attentiveness is a must. The hotel itself is in a shopping centre on the outskirts of Santiago. The walk to the Cathedral and centre is probably about 30 minutes and a lot of that is uphill. If you don't think you can manage the walk, there are regular buses outside hotel and also a taxi rank. The room we were allocated was a suite ( thank you for upgrade). It was very large and had a sofa area and there was a jacuzzi bath too. The shower head which was in the bath pointed towards the opposite end of the bath so bracket could do with being changed but that said, the water was always hot. The heating in the room was on a hotel timer and the radiators only came on at about 7.45pm, so the room was cold if you were showering before then. Maybe the management can look into changing this in winter/ spring months to an earlier time? The housekeeping was great with fresh towels and cleaning daily.The breakfast was Continental style with a good selection. My only problem was that the lady who worked on service etc had a very unfriendly manner about her. I arrived at 10.25 am on Monday morning for a cup of tea and just to have a Danish.(Breakfast served until 10.30 am)She rudely informed me that they were closed and when I asked could I take a cup of tea to my room( in my own mug) she told me it would cost me €2!! Considering there are no hospitality trays in the rooms I found that to be ridiculous. She was the only member of staff that let this hotel down. Otherwise it's a very affordable, clean hotel to stay in when in Santiago de Campostela.

Se escuchan mucho las distintas habitaciones, tuvimos un problema con la reserva y otro para entrar con la tarjeta, se resolvió todo genial pero son detalles que marcan un viaje, el chico joven es un 10 en simpatía

Very convenient location close to Praza de Galicia, walking distance to the city centre and the shuttle to the airport in Rúa do Hórreo. Nice little cafe on the ground floor. Reception is at the first floor. Modern installations and very clean room. We had a balcony so we were able to enjoy the fresh air from Santiago. The bathroom is very spacious and toiletries are included. The bed is very comfortable and the TV is a good size, although we did not use it.

I have stayed in this hotel many many times. It has been my favorite place to rest after a couple of long weeks on The Camino de Santiago. The place is centrally located in Plaza de Galicia. The bus from the airport, stops in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient. The bus station and the train station are a short 10 minutes walk away. The staff, Mr. Victor, Mr. Ramon, Mr. Ramon, and Jessica, make sure everything is great. THANK for everything you have done to make sure my Camino ended with a wonderful experience. Looking forward to be back in 2023!!

This hotel is older and in traditional styling and opposite the university and sports fields. The rooms are around an inner courtyard. Pros: lovely check in staff who offered bag breakfast due to early check out, connecting rooms available, delicious room service ( although my pricey steak was put on a stone cold slate and arrived cold), good space, openable window, good linen, easy parking on the street outside so did not need to use hotel carpark. Cons: hard bed, no kettle,possibly a bit far out for tourists, took a long time for service phones to answer on Saturday night...clearly their busy night. I did hear and feel a distinct hum from the elevator until sleep time, so perhaps request a room as far from elevator as possible. No BBC, CNN or any other euro channels on tv. Not as good as their Lugo property. Would rate as an average older 4 star hotel.
