酒店對面不遠有個商業中心,走10分鐘可以到,過個人行天橋,選擇很多。萬豪的服務挺好,遺失了一份物品在房間,郵件電話溝通後轉交給了朋友。另外酒店早餐很贊,在地下負一樓,是比次南美出行最好的早餐了!酒店照片沒拍,上幾張市區景色吧!

酒店房間很乾凈,交通也很方便,和周圍幾家酒店比設施較新。行政酒廊及早餐食物都不錯。商務度假都不錯。下次還會選擇這家酒店入住。

Super intimate and quiet but also fun, had a great experience with Carlos, Diego, Cristobal, all attentive and excellent! Ask about the shot with Rose, Rum, Jack Daniel’s honey and vanilla syrup!! We’ll be back, we had a great experience!!

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of our Chile tour. Excellent modern hotel, excellent service by friendly staff. Room was modern and well equipped. Comfortable large bed, lots of hot water for showering. Plenty of interesting artwork around. A young vibe around the place catering for everyone. We did report our safe wasn't working on day 2 and this was reported to maintenance, however it still wasn't working by the time we left. Couldn't get any channels on the TV but this wasn't a problem as we could get news updates on our phones. Excellent WIFI in all areas of the hotel. Watch out for the plastic grass by the pool as the pool area gets scaldingly hot during the day including the "grass" and its very easy to burn your feet. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices catering for everyone including vegan, lactose and gluten intolerance etc . I was impressed by the choice of fruits, cerals, nuts and seeds available and also the honeycomb for fresh local honey and choice of breads. Hotel were happy to store some luggage for us for 2 weeks while we're away on tour.

I want to start off and thank the previous hotel guests that stayed here and wrote such detailed and honest reviews of this hotel. This hotel was truly such an amazing hotel because, of the staff that goes out of their way for their guests. After arriving from an overnight flight from the states we were exhausted. We got a taxi from the airport. After customs you’ll see a booth with “official taxi” on top. You tell them your destination and pay there and they give you a ticket to give your driver. Walk outside and you’ll see a representative with a black and yellow jacket that points you to a driver. It was approximately $30 dollars and 25 minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel is in a safe part of Santiago. We walked during the day and night and never felt unsafe. We checked in with the nicest, most helpful and professional staff member by the name of Felipe. Unfortunately our room was not ready as we were early but, he held our bags and we toured the hotel, had drinks and made a reservation to the spa. Felipe speaks perfect English and he’s also the hotels Navigator aka concierge. We set up day tours with him and asked a million questions about various things ie. restaurants, safety, banks etc. Our room was ready and the supervisor, Joaquin, checked us in. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We used the spa quite frequently. We booked massages and they were an amazing price and the service was great. The sauna and steam room are free to use just make sure to call the spa to reserve a time. We saw a gym but, we never used it! There was a hiccup with housekeeping one day. They forgot to come by and we needed wash clothes. We called downstairs to get more but, was told they have no access to the housekeeping closet so we went without. The bars made the best Pisco sour and mango sour I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and order one. The restaurant in the basement were good but, they have weird operating times so look out for that. The location is a quick 10 minute walk to the mall. We did not go shopping but, there are ATM’s there that were in a safe location in the mall. There’s a hop on hop off bus stop by the mall if you want to tour the city. Ask the hotel for a chip that gives you a discount on that. We used UBER a lot from the hotel and it was always quick and easy. I had to leave Chile early due to a shoulder injury and Felipe and the staff were so helpful on telling me the nearest hospital. I went back to the US instead. If you’re a passenger on a cruise you’ll more than likely meet other passengers as there were so many staying here. All in all this hotel was a 10/10!

We had a great experience in this hotel. The room has an amazing view with the mountain in the back. The room also has nespresso and water available. The amenities, bath robe and slippers are high quality. The receptionist was kind as well as Camilo who kindly brought our luggage to the room, and showed us the hotel. The lounge had an amazing view. The lounge also offer a nice set of food in the evening. The breakfast is American style with fresh omelets, poached eggs, and scrambled eggs. They serve a variety of pastries. We like firmer pillows and they brought us a nice and expensive set of memory foam pillows which shocked me. I have stayed in hundreds if not thousands of hotels before and that was the first time I saw a hotel with such nice pillows.

Wonderful stay at the Renaissance! Hotel & rooms were clean, everyone was very helpful and breakfast each morning was great. The highlight of our trip was our incredible tour guide- Herbert Brasche. If you're looking to do any type of tour in the city, book with Herbert! We used him for all of the tours we did while in the city. He was so knowledgeable, so helpful and full of so many great stories and information about his city. Herbert will work with you on all of your tours to ensure you're seeing what you want as well as what he recommends and probably take you to some special places he'll think you'll like ;-). We ended up spending a few hours in this amazing local market and seeing some incredible local artistry! We so enjoyed getting to know him and the time we spent with him. He treated us like family and made our trip to Santiago very memorable!

The Renaissance Santiago is a well priced hotel in the Marriott Bonvoy family that offers well appointed rooms, good service, and an excellent club lounge. While we did not get an upgrade for our 5 night stay as a Titanium, the hotel was able to provide connecting rooms on the club level and excellent service. At check-in, and with respect to a generous late checkout, we were helped by Joaquin. We were assisted before arrival by Valentina, who helped us organize our tours and transport and assisted by front desk manager Sebastian, who personally greeted us multiple times during our stay. Throughout our stay (and even when we visited other areas of Chile and stayed at other hotels) we utilized the services of head driver Herbert who made our tours memorable. He was multilingual, professional, and caring throughout our journey. He worked with us to adjust our schedule due to the kiddos and to make sure our journeys were memorable. Moreover, when he saw us on days where we did not book his services, he always insisted on taking us where we needed to go--that is true hospitality. In the lounge, we were serviced by a number of individuals including Natalia & Luis who always welcomed us and tended to our needs. The lounge was always well stocked during breakfast and evening service, and we were always treated well in a comfortable and quiet environment, which was the perfect retreat we needed after long days. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for business or pleasure.

Stayed at the hotel when I was in Chili for business. Arrived a bit early but they immediately accommodated the room and check in was very smooth. Nice big room and great executive lounge. They have a nice bar and restaurant with some good cocktails. Would recommend and stay again next time I’m visiting Santiago.

My husband and I visited for 2 nights before heading to the Atacama Desert. As a Marriott Bonvoy member with status, we stay frequently at Marriott properties. This was one of our more disappointing stays. Pros: - The rooms were very clean. - The downstairs restaurant, Catae was very good, although a little overpriced. We ate here a few times and all the food we got was great. The service in the restaurant was also great. - Outdoor seating areas were really nice. - Hotel felt safe and was within walking distance to the mall, where you could access shops and ATMs. - Transfer driver to the airport was on time and professional Cons: Unfortunately there were many… -I arranged a transfer to pick us up from the airport and although the driver communicated with us, he was nearly 45 minutes late and we were standing around in the arrivals hall for an hour. The transfer costs around $53, so to be late for that price point is not okay. Additionally, the driver kept asking us if we needed transportation for other tours. He even messaged me after checking in and hearing that our room wasn’t ready if we needed a driver to take us anywhere. I get that people need to make a living but it was extremely pushy. - We arrived to the hotel early so I wasn’t expecting an early check-in. The hotel said they’d contact us when our room was ready (have had many Marriott properties do this); however, the front desk never contacted us although our room was ready early. - I paid extra for club lounge access; however the club lounge was closed on our arrival day (Sunday) and there had been no mention that we wouldn’t have access on our first day since this was a selling feature of this hotel for me. Our room was also changed from a club lounge king room to a standard king room on the Marriott app on the day of check in. I was assured they were the same room; however, we consistently had problems with our key card while trying to access the club lounge for the rest of our stay. - The first morning of our visit, housekeeping knocked on our room at 9am asking if we wanted our room cleaned, which was a bit odd. Later on, housekeeping had visited our room but only left chocolates, folded the bath mat, and threw away the toilet paper (and didn’t leave any new toilet paper tolls). Housekeeping later came back to properly clean the room, but it was a very odd experience. - They charge money to refill coffee pods in the room. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a property, both Marriott and non-Marriott that charges for more coffee pods. - Lastly, I still haven’t been awarded my Marriott nights and points although it’s been almost 2 weeks. I understand some hotels take longer than others, but I’ve never waited more than 3 days. Even the lower tier Marriott brands awarded nights/points quickly. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but there’s better options for a stay in Santiago.

Thank you so much to Mathias, Carlos and Cristobal it was a vibrant and fun evening. The views and service truly made the night. Tried several drinks on the menu and each one was just as good as the one before. We will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Santiago!
