Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

What a fantastic 5 nights I spent here. Views from villa were amazing. Beautiful sunsets over the Oia white buildings. I didn't bother walking to the sunset photo stops. The best part was the owner, Spiros, and his friendly staff. Communication with Spiros by email & phone from Australia prior to my visit was superb. My greeting upon arrival by Foteni in the office was so warm and friendly - as was all her communication during my stay. Staff in the hotel for breakfast, dinner, drinks, coffee etc were always welcoming and shared a laugh. Any queries I had were handled immediately by the office and/or Thanasi, the porter/handyman. As a solo traveller I felt safe, welcomed here. Very close to marble path, bus stop, walk from Oia to Fira. I would highly recommend a stay in the villas here

Abelonas is a little gem! Perfectly situated near fantastic restaurants and just across the path that leads along the caldera. Breakfast was amazing, served each morning to our balcony. Be sure to order the night before, for your preferred time, but don't worry if you forget, they will bring the same order you had the day before, with a big smile and a nice chat to go with it. We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday and our champagne breakfast was something very special! Staff were so friendly and could not have done more to ensure that we had a fantastic stay, managing to book us on a sunset cruise at short notice. Note that this is a small, friendly place, and NOT a 5 star luxury hotel with all mod cons - however, you have all you need, clean, tidy and very, very pretty. We stayed in a ground floor caldera view studio, with a nice view, but I believe a 1st floor view would have been even better. And to top it all, there is an incredible view from the verandah above the pool - no booking an expensive restaurant is required! We spent many evenings there, with a bottle of wine and some nibbles, just watching the sun go down. Perfect.

I booked this hotel while coming up to Oia and accidentally booked wrong dates through a website. I was at the reception, spoke to the manager Popi who was incredibly helpful and nice. She helped me cancel the reservation for wrong date and book directly with her for cheaper, offered free breakfast and 20% discount on food at restaurant. 1. Initial room I got was quieter location but bed was a little too firm for me. She offered superior room which has comfortable beds (slightly interior location by the front of the hotel but that didn’t bother me much) 2. I got delayed getting back in-time for breakfast and checkout, Papi had requested the restaurant to quickly fix something for me and extended my checkout time till evening as that room wasn’t booked. I am honestly blown away by how nice she is and the staff are. The hotel looks a bit dated but it is clean with a kitchen (which I never used). Great value for the price paid to stay walking distance to Oia and bus stop

Nos hemos alojado en un estudio de 3 personas, en la primera planta. El apartamento era perfecto, espacioso y confortable, con todo lo necesario y muy bien decorado. Destacar la limpieza de todo el establecimiento. Cambio de toallas y sábanas a diario…. No lo he visto nunca en ningún sitio. Está apartado de Fira y Oia pero con coche no es problema. La piscina es grande y nunca está llena de gente. Todo está impecable y pulcro. Silencioso y tranquilo para descansar. Margarita nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos en su casa. Cada día nos esperaba a la llegada para preguntarnos cómo había ido el día. Fuimos a los restaurantes que nos recomendó y no defraudó ninguno. Un 10 para todo el personal y un 10 para el establecimiento.

La struttura (che secondo me rende di più dal vivo rispetto alle foto pubblicate) è ideale per muoversi senza auto per tutta l'isola in quanto vicinissima alla stazione centrale dei bus. E' silenziosissima nonostante si trovi a pochi passi dal centro di Fira. Gli asciugamani erano sostituiti tutti i giorni senza alcuna richiesta da parte nostra. Il costo è parametrato agli standard di Santorini e, quindi, non propriamente economico; c'è da dire, tuttavia, che per essere in Grecia i servizi sono superiori alla media per una sistemazione non di lusso. Menzione speciale al personale della reception, in un paio di occasioni in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno è stato molto disponibile e gentile con noi. Consiglio questo alloggio al 100% e ci ritornerei immediatamente.
