Lovely big complex within easy walking distance to Fira Town and the bus station. I would definitely recommend paying a little more for a room upgrade. Our room was very spacious with walk in shower and huge terrace. The pool areas are very clean with plenty of available sun beds. I imagine in high season it may be more crowded. In that case, I would suggest getting the 9.50 express bus to Perissa beach where the sunbeds are €10 for 2 or free if you buy drinks/food from the adjoining taverna. We were bed and breakfast and found there to be plenty of choice in the morning. Something for all tastes. I found the omelette to be a little odd - almost as if they had gelatine in them. The onsite bar was very reasonably priced although we only had drinks there. Fira Town is about a 10 min walk as is the bus station which connects to to everywhere on the island. There is also a well stocked supermarket and pharmacy on the way. Would recommend

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was our 5th time to Santorini. The hotel was lovely, really clean and staff were very pleasant. We stayed in a beachfront room and the room was great, however I do think some improvements could be made. For example, theres no where to dry your swimsuits/towels - the balcony is so big that I think they could put a dryer out there. There is hardly any storage in the room and the full length mirror is on the wardrobe door next to the entrance door so we could not see ourselves properly. I also had to hang my dresses on the the curtain poles as the wardrobe was too short to put them in. Breakfast was ok, comparing it to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in it was not a 5 star breakfast - coffee whilst nice from the machine but should have been served to you. Water was always flavoured too which I did not like. However all foods we sampled at breakfast were lovely. We ate at the restaurant a few times for lunch and the food was great value and delicious. Cocktails were €15 and made very well. Coke was €4 a can. There is a QR code on the sunlounger tables showing the pool menu - personally I found this totally pointless as you still had to get up and order your drinks/food at the bar - sometimes they would bring drinks to your lounger sometimes we had to take our drinks ourselves. I think for 5 star hotel they should invest in the app/QR code and allow the guest to order from their sunlounger, as we have experienced in other resorts. The sunloungers are extremely low to the ground so if you have mobility issues then you will struggle to get up off them - the beach beds are even lower to the ground than the pool ones. The sea is unusable - it is so slippery that even with beach shoes you will struggle to get out. I think the hotel should seriously think about putting a jetty so guests can enjoy the lovely water.

After spending a lot of time scrutinising the hotel's on the Caldera side of Santorini (which is where we wanted to be) we booked a package deal to CSky Hotel in June for 5 nights from the 18th September, 2023. It looked perfect and just what we needed for a short break after a hectic 6 months. Imagine our surprise when we receive an email from our agent on the afternoon of the 15th September informing us the the hotel had cancelled our reservation. Not taking this news lying down, I rang the hotel to find out the reason for the cancellation. Imagine my surprise when I was informed by Alex that they needed our room for a larger party coming for 7 nights. We were offered 3 nights in another hotel on the opposite side of the island and then we could move back CSky for the remaining 2 nights. I explained that we had booked specifically for the Caldera view and that moving around when there for a short space of time wasn't acceptable. We were offered another hotel nearby but again would have to move from one hotel to another. Different dates were suggested but work commitments and the inability to change the flights made this a no go. On top of all this we've lost £246 that we paid to Easyjet for seat allocation and luggage. Easyjet will only refund within 24 hours of booking, who'd have known they were going to cancelled on when they'd just booked!!! As I type this I should still be sat on my terrace with Caldera views so all in all my husband and I are not very happy with the CSky hotel. We would urge other would be travellers to be wary. If I could have given a zero I would as we obviously can't comment on the facilities as we never got to try them.

Fab hotel with great service. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from👌 We booked a transfer from the airport through the hotel and this worked perfectly although we had a 4 hour delay. If you arrive after 11pm the resturant and bar is closed at the hotel and there is nothing near by to grab food or drink from. The free transfer to Fira worked really well for us. Drinks at the hotel are expensive and they only issue you 1 small bottle of water on arrival complimentary. I personal thought being a 5 star that tea, coffee, milk and water should have been provided but there is a lidl down the road to get supply's. Visiting the sister hotel opposite Volcano view is a must as the view from there are fabulous. We had a couple of very nice but expensive cocktails in there, but we'll worth it for the view at sunset. Both hotels lacked a vibe at night, although we went out of season so I am sure this isn't always the case. This was perfecf for us as we was wanting a relaxing break. Only criticism is that although we booked a triple room we only had 2 seats to sit outside. I had to ask twice for a second chair as it was taken away.

Lia was amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. If you ever want to hire a reliable employee with great customer service skills, look no further, Lia is your answer. My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it! The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈 The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋 The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide. Recently just spent 3 nights at this fabulous hotel, and my friends and myself were completely blown away at this hotel. The views were amazing, the food was spectacular, and the rooms were very spacious. My friend and I had a big suite with multiple rooms and we had our own private hot tub where we spent lots of time at. There are 5 pools spread around the hotel, but the best pool is the main pool by the bar/restaurant. The drinks and food there were very filling and delicious. But the best part of that pool is the pool staff. Our bartender, Marios, was attentive and kept our drinks coming. Vasilis, our pool staff, was very accommodating to us when we had our own day bed. And Maria, who is from the Ukraine, is simply the nicest, sweetest person I've ever met as well as the most beautiful woman i've known. The staff and their attention to details is what makes this hotel one of the best I have ever stayed at. I will definitely be returning!
