Ulasan White Concept Caves

I feel like this place is intentionally misleading. They have their build designed to make you think its on the caldera facing side. But its actually on the backside of the city with no view and no windows. This place probbanaly gets a lot of first timers who come to Santorini. Which I confirmed with some of the other folks staying there. I asked to have the last two days of my 4 day reservation canceled but they refused. However they did let me stay in my suite instead of changing rooms... but still not how I envisioned my Satorini trip.

Really liked the indoor hot tub and very relaxing environment. Very luxurious feel

Staffs are pretty friendly and introduced me a lot of sites on the island. The bed is super good, even better than some caldera view hotels.

Beautiful and relaxing structure, close to the center of Fira. I recommend it.

In general the hotel suits couple perfectly as the romantic pool surrounded by the white houses is made for photos taking lovers. The rooms are clean and big with strong WiFi inside as you won’t be able to receive your own signal in caves there. One little drawback is that the pool was found so many mosquitoes floating on it when we just checked in which makes me deduct the cleanliness part of this hotel.

The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

Location is fantastic, accessible to both Fira town center and Fira bus station. Yet it is super quiet and hidden, not surround by tourists. The swimming pool is stunning. Had many lovey photos there. The breakfast is super fantastic. Room is huge and comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Unexpectedly large room and very clean. Breakfast is excellent with a variety of food. Very helpful staff. Recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the facilities were nice and very clean, I unfortunately had a terrible experience with the customer service. One of the female staff members was extremely racist, had a very bad attitude, and was quite stubborn. She insisted that we should pay for every time we wanted water in our room. However, another receptionist later clarified that this was not the case. It's disappointing that such behavior can overshadow. As a black couple, we felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The receptionist claimed they didn't receive our payment, even though I had paid online a month in advance. Despite contacting trip.com and confirming that the hotel had received the payment, the receptionist was unhelpful and gave us weird facial expressions. She was white with black hair, and her behavior was disgusting. We constantly faced issues whenever we returned to the hotel, making our stay very uncomfortable. Although the hotel is nice, I do not recommend staying here due to the poor treatment people from an African decent receive.

Great value for money. Convenient location, 10min walking distance from Fira bus station, 3-5 min walking distance from Fira restaurant street. Rooms and facilities are all clean. Staffs were kind and warm welcoming. Especially, loved the bright energy of Alenxandra. But no mobile access from my room, and unstable internet connection via hotel wifi. To access Internet, I had to stay in the sofa outside of the room.

The staff in reception are super nice and helpful. It’s clean and comfortable to stay. Near to the city centre and bus stop it’s only take 5-10mins
