Reception service is bad. Only lip service but never provide solution. Restaurant food quality is good as well as the waiters.

You can see the sunset from the room. The breakfast is good and the surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping. Recommended!

The hotel was super cute, beautiful and amazing! It's about a 15 minute walk from Fira, but it can be a challenge if you have heavy luggage. There aren't many buses to Fira, so I was a bit worried, but if I waited, they came! I was happy to be able to spend every morning looking out at the sea.

Beautiful ville. From every room you can see a wonderful sunset. The rooms are well equipped, large bathrooms. You will find everything you need. The staff responds very quickly on whatsapp. Despite the quite large occupancy of the rooms, there were very few people on the main examination, which is a plus because you did not have to fight for beautiful beds. The only minus of the pool - the water was freezing. Breakfasts served ala carte. Very tasty. Very nice staff. I recommend, an amazing place to stay

The location, service and breakfast were all great! Room The room was as spacious and clean as the pictures show. And the shower had a clear glass door, so water didn't splash around. At other cave hotels, the bathroom got sticky because there was no door, so this hotel's room was very GOOD. Meals I booked with breakfast included, and the location of the breakfast venue was great and the menu was plentiful. The Greek yogurt and salad were especially good. I was surprised at how high the hotel breakfast was! Service The staff were all friendly and very helpful. There are steep stairs leading up to Dana, so they help you carry your luggage from the upper path. It was a very heavy carry, but thank you for helping! Overall, it was a great stay. I'm glad I stayed at Dana.

The family room we stayed in was a small loft. You could see the sea when you opened the window, and there was a restaurant street above the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel will send someone to help you carry your luggage, and there is an additional paid airport pick-up and drop-off service (it is a Mercedes-Benz business car), which is very convenient for us! In addition, the hotel has an infinity swimming pool. If you come in summer, be sure to bring a swimsuit to experience the joy of facing the sea with your back! The breakfast is very rich and delicious.
