Friendly and helpful host, Clean environment's, spacious room, yummy breakfast, nice view with morning sunrise, strongly recommend, definitely return if I visit santorini.

This hotel is quite new and the whole premises are kept very clean! The pool is deep enough for good swimming! We had a Maisonette room and the bed is on the second floor! Breakfast is served to the room and you can enjoy it on the terrace or backyard and has a great choice of bread!
If you get up early you can see the sunrise right from your room. Good price for value!
There is also a free parking lot next to the hotel! Since we arrived late the key was in the door lock and an information sheet ready!
Nataly is very friendly and helpful!
Best to come here by car or walking from Fira with great views is one hour! There is a bus stop about 400m called Iris from Fira to Oia line but not on the way back!

還不錯 酒店位置不是很方便，周圍吃的很多 離主街也很近，到火車站很方便。酒店保養的還不錯，酒店前台服務意識很好。

We did not stay at this hotel because of dirty sheets, mattress cover, stains on mattress, etc.
The circular staircase was very shaky and narrow making it a difficult climb up to the bedroom with suitcases.
We attempted to find another , but clean, unit and went to the Villa happening hotel.

The staff were excellent. The manager, George, and other staff did their best. We really thank them. However, the room was not convenient at all. The sleeping area was upstairs with a set of spiral stairs. firstly, the stairs were quite inconvenient for climbing up and down, specially if you are a person who goes to washroom during night. secondly, the sleeping area has a very low ceiling. Almost all time we bumped our heads to the ceiling. Button line, quite inconvenient space, even if you use it for just sleeping. If you are a big girl/guy, that would make it extremely inconvenient to stay in such a room.

his Hotel is far from everything, very isolated area in really busy road. it is only 7 individual rooms . No reception area, no restaurant on site or close by. the view is obstructed and far from the pictures on the hotel website. it feels like a motel maybe a 2 star no a 3 star Hotel. we didn't stay since we were looking for more comfortable Hotel and with more amenities. our travel agent did not give us the complete details. the manager was very friendly, there is a small kitchen in the office and breakfast is serve outside in your balcony because there is not other area. If you like to eat in the heat . Also It is not kids Friendly, there is not safety at the edge of the property.

Bedroom with low ceiling and even a short people can not stand straight. Bathroom has bad smell. We told staff to arrange transportation to airport in early morning, He said it was scheduled. But no body showed up and manager not answering the phone. We have to figure out the way to go to airport by asking other hotel staff to help. We have to say their breakfast is good. The did booked a tour for us wlth is worth it.

My partner and I stayed at Golden East in June for 3 nights and my word, what a find! We booked the family room which was beautiful and extremely spacious. Every morning breakfast was brought to us in our room, where we could sit on our balcony and enjoy the view over the sea. Whilst all of the rooms were booked, the hotel was generally quite quiet and we often found ourselves having the pool to ourselves. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Nataly and Costas were exceptional! On our last day whilst by the pool, Costas kindly brought us over fresh fruit with his compliments, which was really nice, personal touch! We will 100% stay here again, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at the property. The staff were nice and very accommodating. Nathalia made sure to have the room ready for an early checkin which was so greatly appreciated since we were traveling since 2am that morning. The property is in a great central location 15 mins away from Fira and Oia, and has views of a spectacular sunrise each morning. Would definitely recommend this property
