I absolutely loved this place when my friend and I visited in 2018. The owners are the sweetest and most accommodating people, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the view is unbeatable, snd they gave us so many suggestions on how to make the most of our trip and places to see that this was undoubtedly the most amazing vacation of my life. They also had the sweetest little dog when we were there and it just made the place feel even homier!! Breakfast wasn’t free when we were there, but compared to everything else this place offered, it was a no brainer to stay here. This place is also a short bus ride to Oia and if you just want a relaxed beach day…the beach is RIGHT THERE. LITERALLY. You can’t find a better, more affordable place. We did have to wait a little bit to check in, but the beach is right there and you can relax in the beach chairs as long as you order food and drinks from the businesses right by the beach. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!!

The best place to stay on Santorini, everything about Stelios place is incredible and makes for the perfect holiday. It is the only place I would stay next time I return to Santorini and will recommend to friends and family members for their visits!

Katerina and her family are very nice and accommodating! Lots of food places around and the beach is right behind the location. A hidden gem!

We received a really warm welcome despite arriving so late. Our room was beautiful, really modern and so clean. We appreciated all the extras like the aircon and kettle. We had a lovely balcony area overlooking the pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and the pool is a perfect size for cooling off.

very clean modern rooms, run by a local family all go out of their way to make visitors welcome. only 50 metres from the beach and restuarants. free transfers to and from the airport. our 3rd visit and planning to go back again next year. highly recomended

Wow what a place, first visit to Santorini and loved this hotel. A proper, family run, small and friendly hotel. You can tell that Stelios and Katerina take absolute pride in the hotel, so clean everywhere, rooms large and comfortable with benefits of air conditioning and fridge, along with tea/coffee making facilities. Great pool area, super sunbeds and very peaceful. Only a stonesthrow away from the beach and lots of choices of restaurants, Katerina & Stelios can recommend some great places. Can't wait to return.

Stelios Place is located in the perfect spot just outside the hustle and bustle in the village of Perissa, next to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The host, Katerina, and her family treated us like we were part of their family. Their treatment towards us, even before arriving in Santorini, was super special. Katerina coordinated our transportation from the port to the hotel; from the hotel to Oía Village; and to the port with no issues. About the hotel: The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, the shower with hot water was spot on, and the pool was very beautiful. I highly recommend Stelios Place if you want to have a peaceful vacation in Santorini. I give Stelios Place a rating of 10/10 and an A .

This was our second stay at the fabulous Stelios Place and nearly everything was how we remembered from our pre-lockdown visit. The changes were for the better - a bigger pool area and upgraded rooms. But the best thing is that Stelios and his lovely family are still running this hotel. There is no longer any breakfast on offer but this doesn't matter as there is the most fabulous bakery across the road and you are able to eat all the baked goodies on the hotel patio. Love this place and hope to return soon

Highly recommend staying at Stelios place. Everywhere is very clean. The rooms are spacious with air-conditioning, a fridge and in a quiet location yet very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Stelios greeted us late at night and showed us to our rooms. Katrina organised transfers for us and was always there for advice and to help with excursions. Lovely pool with comfortable sun loungers. Nice and quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend staying here you won't be disappointed.
