I really liked the amazing staff. the room is very clean I want to go back again but the music is loud for the people who want to sleep but its ok. emanuel is amazing I like this guy he helps us whatever we ask we give him 10 and.is a beautiful hotel very good location It is a 5-minute walk from the center where you can take the bus to explore different villages of Oia. and I'm definitely coming back this hotel!!!!

As soon as we arrived they told us that they don't accept our online payment (made through booking and already debited from our account) and said that they were going to cancel it and we have to make it again with a debit or credit card. Then the refund of the money is not automatically but you have to wait 2 days. As of this writing, 3 days have passed and we still don't have the money available. - Our first impression was bad, they made us wait in the central courtyard because the room was not ready. The courtyard had dirty furnitures and stained paint (nothing to do with how good it looks like in the photos). - When they give us the room which has two single beds (which cannot be put together). The opposite thing to what is reflected in the reservation "a large double bed". Finally they agree to move us to a room with a double bed. - We did not like anything of what we saw (very distant from what is reflected in the photos). We requested the cancellation of the reservation, of at least the 2nd night and they did not agree - After the first night on a mattress as hard as a stone and feeling all the springs. To our surprise, they did not make our room. ... We decided to go from there the 2nd night despite of losing the money since it would most likely be our only time in Santorini and we did not want to be with such disgust and discomfort (very wise decision) The only good thing about the location (to put something good) is its central location in Fire. The jacuzzi that you see in your publication is the exclusive use of one room. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL NEVER IN YOUR LIFE, IT WAS REALLY AWFUL.

Extremely poor customer service. I was suppose to have my honeymoon in 2019 but I unfortunately due to Covid we were not able to attend. Their lack of response for a refund has been extremely troubling and unfair when I have a voucher saying they would. Would not recommend.

We stayed for to nights and in the second afternoon we found cockroachs in the room. There was no relocation and no money back. Worst experience in an hotel that I ever had. Staff was nice but not the manager.

Unfortunately the property did not match the photos or description. No views, no terrace or balcony. When I saw the box room we would be staying in I immediately called a nearby hotel and we went there and had a pool, views, large room and had a great stay. Unfortunately the Tataki charged my card immediately we stepped into the property and refused to refund any of the charge. The receptionist was more interested in trying to sell us excursions and making commission on the trips.

Réservation faite en décembre. Puis annulation de cette réservation sans préavis, au mois de février. Envoi de messages pour tenter de reprendre la réservation, message restés sans réponse. Je déconseille. A priori, le commercial n'est pas leur fort.

Rapport qualité prix intéressant en basse saison (35€/nuit). Nous avions prit la chambre avec lit double. Pas de vue mais une chambre typiquement grecque. L’hôtel est bien situé, en plein cœur du centre, proche des commerce et de la gare routière. Il reste calme quand même, propre et pratique.

Location non corrispondente alle foto pubblicizzate sul sito, camere piccole e chiassosa non fronte mare no sunset ... insomma vi sconsiglio vivamente. Prezzo esagerato per la camera proposta. Se cecate qualcosa di speciale avete sbagliato location.
