Nice hotel near to santorini Airport(10 min by cab). For those who dont have a car might need to call cab or walk around 1.1miles to reach Fira town centre. Food is really delicious and fleshly prepared. Staffs are really friendly especially Nicoll, George, Amalia and other staffs in kitchen(apologies forgot thir names).

The hospitality was great. Most staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the cleaners gave us a Christmas gift! We had an enjoyable time to stay in the hotel.

I really liked the room’s decoration, especially the indirect lighting—even under the big bed, which was a nice touch! The two young employees at the reception were kind, funny, and professional, making the check-in experience enjoyable. The hotel offers a swimming pool and four large heated jacuzzis, which add a nice touch of relaxation. However, staying in a location like Karterados, close to the airport but a bit far from other attractions, means renting a car is essential. I removed one star because the services didn’t feel up to the level of a 5-star hotel (no 24/7 reception, no room service, etc.). That said, the breakfast was good, and overall, I consider this hotel an excellent choice for the affordable price we found (less than €100 per night). I didn’t take photos of the room but included shots of the breakfast and pools.

Many of the items were not fresh, some were old or stale, and a lot of things looked dirty and unappetizing. We stayed at Aelia Luxury Suites for 3 nights during our anniversary trip. This resort is amazing! It truly felt like home for our short visit. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed that as well. Don’t think twice about booking here!

We arrived on 29th September 2024 in the evening. The Receptionist checked us in and then showed us around and then brought our luggage to our room Our room was gorgeous but very basic as no draws for our clothes and limited space to put our things on. The mini fridge was fabulous and mini bar prices reasonable The breakfast was excellent despite food running out and full English rather cold, but large selection to pick from. The Chef makes the best omelette ever.The lunch was lovely and the 5 course dinner was also lovely. The Staff here are excellent and very hard working. My only gripe was the mis understanding l had on check out day. Check out is 11am and our transfer was 14.30,just before leaving the Bartender said owed him €40. I queried this with Reception who said to sit round the bar and pool area when checked out from the hotel you either spend €40 at the bar or if no spending done pay the money. My Husband and I had spent no money at the bar,we just relaxed for a few hours. After consulting with Guests checking out that day the Receptionist said you do not pay for a couple of hours stay. Had we known in advance we would have paid €50 for a late check out. The Hotel has fabulous grounds and well maintained and you can walk to the village or Fira although no pavements so you take your own life in your hands walking. We walked to a large supermarket in the village and got all our luxury items. It is €15 to the supermarket Sanitarani is a truly beautiful island and we did two day tours on land and at sea. We took the Hotel complementary shuttle to Fiara and did the cable car and saw the sunset and had a bite to eat. We loved the hotel but sadly will not return as the issue with the €40 was rather traumatic

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and always prepared to go that little bit extra to make our stay wonderful. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious with all facilities. Pool & Jacuzzies great. Food was excellent - although would have liked to have had more traditional Greek food on the menu choices (Cleftico, souvlaki, baklava etc).

The hotel on a whole is definitely not 5 star The staff work seven days a week for little reward from the owner or manager The management have a different idea of customer service or satisfaction. On a whole the staff try very hard to give you a good holiday however unfortunately there rules which the management put in place are not put in writing but enforced by the staff. I have never one come across a hotel charging you to use there property before your pick up. This hotel expects you to pay a minimum of €20 euros each on food and drink to stay in the venue before your departure. Check out of your room is 11 however if your departure is not until 3. You can’t stay in the venue without paying €20 each or spending the same amount on food or drinks. This is unacceptable. However this is not in writing anywhere and only relayed to guesses on departure verbally by the receptionist. I can honestly say I have never come across this anywhere before. We are a well traveled couple and have come across a late check out fee for your room if you require this longer but not a late check out charge to stay on the grounds. Unfortunately they maybe getting bookings at the moment however I very much doubt they will get returning custom if they continue with this rule.

I have just got back from this nice hotel. Very small boutique type. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is super clean. But there were a few negative things, that I wish I had known before staying there. This hotel is half board, and the food you are given is very good quality, but the portions are extremely small. You get a very limited buffet style breakfast, and a five course dinner, which sounds a lot. But it’s not. Most of the courses come on large plates, but are only a few mouthfuls. You can buy lunch, but it is very expensive €7 for a small plate of tzatiki, €14 for greek salad. There is a courtesy bus to Fira, but this is only for the evening 5.30-9.30. Too long to be away, unless you go there for a meal. When the hotel aren’t having to feed you. This is not made clear on their website. On your last day, you have to checkout at 11am, a late checkout is €80. There is a shower by the pool you can use, but they charge €40 to sit by the pool. You can order food and drink for €40 plus, and then they wont charge this. No where is the written down, and it would have been useful to know. We had a good holiday, but this hotel is in the middle of the island, not near a bus stop. Taxi to Fira is €20

Just returned home from a very enjoyable 5 night stay at Aelia Suites in Karterados The staff couldn’t do enough for us Particular shout out to Dimitrius who ran the bar wonderfully and was always on hand with a great cocktail and a smile;and Maria on reception- bubbly and informative. Also Michael, Pavlo and Victor who attended to our every need, the breakfast omelettes were delicious! Overall the accommodation was fab- very new, best beach sunbeds I’ve ever lain on, in a very chic and nicely designed pool area. If I had one complaint about the apartment (which was beautifully laid out) it was NO drawers for clothes and a few more hangers needed for the hanging space. Other than that it was delightful .

The hotel was very quiet, really relaxed and the staff (especially Dimitri) made the holiday memorable. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to Fira every evening at 17.30 and returned at 21.30 which we took full advantage of. We only ate at the hotel 2 of the evenings as the menu was limited, which was disappointing as we had to go to Fira (which isn’t cheap) to eat something we liked. You could eat from the lunch menu if you wanted for an extra cost, but why would you want to when you had eaten from that menu at lunch. We enjoyed the breakfast, was a few different options, somethings were a little cold but on the whole good. For lunch one day I ordered a pizza which feta cheese and peppers, it came with mushrooms inside the base, if I had been allergic you wouldn’t have known they were there at first. We were in a hot tub sea view room, however we only used the hot tub once as it was really cold!! Really disappointing we obviously paid more for the hot tub room and we could use it. Was a little bit disappointed in this but was the only major thing we wasn’t happy about. Rooms were cleaned everyday and the bed was comfy. In the whole really enjoyed the stay, they have a few things to work on however.
