Hotel dengan Bar di Santos

My experience was horrible. I arrived at the hotel at 2 pm and it took 1h 15 minutes for the receptionist do what he needed to do, to check us in . ( no lines only us) Only 2 rooms were ready and the other would be ready at 3pm ( the time of checkin) I payed for the 3 rooms in advance a good amount of money. I went to have lunch and when I returned at 4 pm went to the front desk to get the key of the room that wasn’t ready . Guess what ? the receptionist told me none of the room the checkin was made ( all of our luggages were in the room already) ( they could of given the room to other guest with our stuff in side ) my room wasn’t ready the recepcionist had never asked the house keeping to priorize . ) I asked for a Nota fiscal of what I had paid and never received it… ) I was really worried .. I had to make a scene so they could get me a room I had payed already.

O hotel tem instalações novas e está bem localizado. O atendimento da equipe da recepção e do restaurante é ótimo e bem rápido. Tivemos um problema com a limpeza, o quarto não estava propriamente limpo quando chegamos e havia manchas no lençol sugerindo que não haviam sido trocados. A piscina fica na cobertura, porém não é muito grande e não tem muito espaço para tomar sol. Apesar de ser aquecida estava bem gelada na nossa hospedagem e bem suja.

Pengalaman yang sangat bagus, menakjubkan, kami suka setiap saat. Hotel ini hampir di hadapan pantai dan membeli-belah di bawah. Kakitangan yang sangat mesra. Tiada masalah dengan daftar masuk dan daftar keluar. Sarapan pagi yang sangat lazat, minum petang dan perayaan sup percuma yang lazat, saya cadangkan kepada semua orang.

Boa tarde. Eu e meu marido gostamos muito da estadia, firam 3 dias maravilhosos e deu pra curtir bem. Gostamos de tudo, desde acomodação do quarto até espaço de lazer. Quarto com cama confortável e lençol acho q é 400 fios....kkkk muito macio, dormir 😴 muito bem. Café da manhã tinha de quase tudo um.pouco, atendente sempre solícita. Gostei muito do Bar da piscina tbm, preço justo e tudo q pedimos veio no capricho, gin, caipiroska e porção de contra file e tiras de frango empanado, delícia, bem crocante , e bem servido. Quero parabenizar pelo atendimento bom e descontraído e Bem humorado dos funcionários (APOLO E BIANCA ) BAR E do senhor JOAO q nos ajudou com as bagagens até o carro, muito prestativo. Quero voltar mais vezes 😁🫶🙌👏 Amamos a piscina tbm. Obrigada

Passei apenas uma noite porque fui visitar o mirante homônimo que fica bem perto. O café da manhã é bom e variado, mas não vi suco natural nem detox. Assento simples do vaso quebrado destoava do bom banheiro com box. Colchão confortável que não fazia barulho ao se mexer. Atendimento, limpeza, frigobar, ar condicionado e wi-fi bons. Diária de última hora e não reembolsável pode ser mais barato. Muito frequentado por trabalhadores com seus uniformes, alguns já com suas mochilas que comem rapidamente de manhã.

Excelente localização para quem quer um pouco de distância da praia, muito bom para dias de jogos do santos, por ser a menos de 10 minutos da vila de carro, sem falar da rodoviária que também é perto, único problema da acomodação é falta de canais na televisão, para quem gosta de assistir, assim como eu, deixou um pouco a desejar, de resto tudo muito limpo e confortável!!

Very well located on Gonzaga beach, with many restaurant and entertainment options nearby. Also provides easy access to the main roads leading to other beaches such as those off the North Coast (~1.5h away). Only downside is the parking, which is a separate company from the hotel. It is a valet parking, so it can be quite time consuming during peak hours such as ~9AM, when the guests at both Ibis and Mercure are leaving to the beach. Waiting time to pay for the parking and receiving your car can easily reach 30min.
