Hotel Santurce-Antiguo dengan Gim

A good location for the ferry port but that’s the only good point about this hotel. Sadly the unresponsive and badly trained left a lot to be desired. I tried to buy to buy two coffees at the terrace bar just after 9pm and was told by the bartender I’d have to get my coffees from the restaurant. I went to the restaurant in pursuit of the said coffees, there the waiting staff told me I could get coffees from the terrace bar. I pointed out that the bartender had referred me to the restaurant even though the very same bartender had been happy to serve coffee earlier at 6 pm. After a wait if 20 minutes a kind waiter from the restaurant brought our coffees from the restaurant to the terrace bar. My wife’s coffee was quite strong and she asked for extra milk, the waiter went to the bar and the bartender who had previously refused to sell us the coffees happily provided some frothed milk - the service fluctuated from comical to pathetic. I would avoid this place at all costs and look for somewhere else in the area if you want to be near the port.
