Hyatt Regency Sanya Tianli Bay

STAFF APPRECIATION: Momo is my MVP! I am not certain what her work hours were, but she replied promptly to any question I had no matter when I messaged her. She also kindly upgraded me from a garden room to a sea view with gorgeous scenery. I wanted to extend another night. Not only Momo, but all the staff here are professional and kind and I was greeted with a smile wherever I went.😊 The 阿姨们 especially were very lovely. HOTEL REVIEW: Incredible. While there, I had the feeling not many tourists know it exists. Part of me was grateful because it leant to the extremely peaceful atmosphere, but part of me wants to share the news of this place with everyone I meet with plans to travel to Sanya. The room was immaculate. The meals were delicious with generous portions. The pink sand was new and fun. The beach was super close, a good size, and private, so no one was fighting for space to relax or play. FLO Spa was a welcome respite. I encourage a visit if time and your budget allow. They also offer shuttle service to nearby Tianya with reservation. If going on your own, a Didi is only about 10 or 11 yuan. It's definitely worth a visit. I traveled alone, but there were spaces and activities for pets, kids, and couples as well. I could go on and on, but I'll let my pictures talk for me. TLDR; Good location. Wonderful staff. Something for everyone. Family friendly (fun for both the human babies and fur babies). Right on the beach. Close to Tianya Haijiao. Very foreigner friendly. 10/10 recommend. 🏖

Excellent service, great facilities and delicious food. The hotel handled things smoothly and the staying was absolutely enjoyable and relaxing.

Everything was fine but the location is not very close to the center and for tourist just xidao is near furthermore they don’t have robot to delivery your food so you have to go to the reception to take the good and the distance between the room and the reception is around 300 meter because it’s separate , so it’s not very comfortable

This hotel is very beautiful. I had a pleasant stay . Hotel staff was very kind. Momo was amazing. She’s super kind, the amenities they look exactly as the pictures, the beach is so beautiful. Upon arrival, we were well taken care of. They upgraded my room to an Oceanview room and we were given welcome fruit. The park is very beautiful too. It’s so peaceful. It’s further from the city center but the food at the restaurant is very good and the prices aren’t bad It’s affordable. My son had a great time at the swimming pool. I had a lovely time and I recommend anyone who’s looking for a place to just regroup and be away from the busy city life to book here. This hotel gives soft life feel and it is luxurious it is just amazing. I will definitely come back!!🥰🥰🫶🏽🫶🏽✨

Nice room and nice breakfast. This hotel has gotten the pink sandy beach by itself and private beach. Price is reasonable. Y

I Celebrated my bridal party with the girls and we spent most of our time by the the pool and swimming in the sea , on the 2nd day we had a bit of a problem with a rude and ****** waitress but when the management found out about it they went out of their way to make up for it which we really appreciated . The ocean view from our room was amazing and we loved how spacious it was 🫶🏽❤️amazing food in the restaurant and an impressive breakfast spread

The room is superb new and modern design … super large room and good facilities with private beach! Recommended to all!
