Very beautiful view from balcony and chill . Straight 100 meters to the sea . Little far from Dadonghai. Good place for this price.

It was okay, especially since I booked a special offer room, so I didn't have high expectations. The owner was very nice.

Dirty, there were ants crawling around, the shower head couldn't be removed, no wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the bathroom door was broken.

The room I booked was supposed to be on floors 2-5. When I arrived I was taken into another building to the twelfth floor and from there we walked up a narrow spiral staircase to the room. I didn't want to accept it and there was also another shock: they charge 30-50 yuans per day to use the kitchen ( which is actually included in the listing) I contacted trip.com support, but they were of not much help, the hotel told them this is the only available room they have. When I insisted they again made me wait. Trip.com comes back to you in half an hour or an hour if there is an issue. They didn't call the hotel for about 20 minutes - we were next to each other with the person in charge waiting for that call. So while waiting for the second time the boss offered me a room on the fourth floor but I had to pay 40 yuan extra per day. I was furious but had to accept it and pay as trip.com didn't bother to talk to the hotel. I also translated the writing in the kitchen area with google translate: it turned out it is only 30 yuans per day if you cook. You can use the fridge and plates for free. I don't think this is a good business attitude to charge extra for the room you already paid for - as they say "upgrading". I had a heavy suitcase, so surely I didn't want to climb up stairs to a 13th floor instead of floors 2-5 where there is an elevator. The rooms are quite small, so they are good for short stays. Apart from these they were nice to me and it is very close to the sea and the evening programs in the street. I danced, did exercises with people in the evening - even listened to a concert - all for free. In the mornings there are activities in the street as well but I also wanted to swim and sunbathe :)

The location of the apartment and clean bed linen are the only pluses of this apartment. Dirty. Photos do not correspond to reality. The check-in is slow. The building needs repair, the plaster is falling off in the corridors, the elevator is dirty, the locals do not touch the buttons with their hands, but try to call the elevator with some objects. The beds are terribly hard, it feels like plywood was put on top of an outdated mattress. The rooms are small, in addition, the shower and toilet are built unsafely, you can easily get injured, the owner solved this problem with a sticker instead of providing real safety for his guests, for example, making rubber slats or a covering when exiting the shower. I fell getting out of the shower, as a result, a broken head and six stitches!! Weak God had to stay there only one night before flying home, I do not recommend these apartments.

The room is very clean, the window faces Sanya Bay, the scenery is beautiful, nearby restaurants are not far away, the snack street is also very distinctive, and it is convenient to go anywhere by bus.

I stayed in Sanya for two nights, and for the first night I stayed at a hotel near Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park because I was going to go there the next day. For the second night, I was looking for a cheap hotel with an ocean view that was as close to the sea as possible, since I had already come to Sanya, and I found this hotel. This was the only cheap hotel that met my criteria, costing less than 200 RMB. I usually book the cheapest room, but this time I booked the most expensive room on a high floor (10th floor) with a balcony and an ocean view. I was able to make the reservation before the price went up, and I was able to get a discount on my flight purchase, so it was 159 RMB for one night without meals. This hotel is a corner of an apartment building that is used as a hotel, so I didn't know where to check in, and I came to the front of the building, but I didn't know which floor to go to, so I called a Chinese person passing by and was able to check in safely. (Check-in is on the 4th floor) At first, I was shown to a city view room on the 12th floor of another building, but when I said it wasn't an ocean view, I was then shown to an ocean view room (not directly in front) on the 6th floor of that building. When I said it wasn't the 10th floor (not a high floor), they finally showed me an ocean view room with a balcony on the 10th floor of the building I checked in in, just as I had reserved. The details of my reservation on trip.com hadn't been communicated to the owner at all. There were no bath towels in the room, so I went to the check-in area to get one. The room was a typical business hotel, but the view from the balcony was amazing. Although there was a bit of a problem with the check-in, the weather was good the next day, so I'm really glad I stayed at this hotel.

On the balcony it is very convenient to have tea/coffee, eat fruit and make salads, in short - it is a kind of living room in the open air with a view of the sea, palm trees and sand. You leave the hotel, cross the road and you are on the beach. This is captivating) Please note that the reception in this house is on the 4th (fourth) floor, not on the 1st. For us this was new. By the way, only Chinese live in the hotel, we were the only Russians. And we really liked it. No one bothered anyone with conversations and other alleged socialization. But we were able to immerse ourselves as much as possible in the life and leisure of the Chinese. This was also captivating. The house itself is not new and the interior inside is not very modern, but everything works, everything is clean. The room was small, although the website says 25 sq.m. - this is not true)) But the bed is really big, because The Chinese consider a double bed to be 1.5 m wide - for us, this is too small. On the floor there is a kitchen, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a gas stove, a sink, and some dishes. We only used the refrigerator. Every day we bought fruits, vegetables, yogurts, ham, and other goodies. It was very convenient. In the hall on the floor there is also a huge mirror (full-length) on the wall. Next to the hotel there is a chain grocery store, which has everything for any request. A few blocks away there is another grocery store of the same chain, but it is twice as big! Deep in the block, on each street there are many different cafes. We found one cafe with a menu in Russian and very friendly owners. Then every day we went only to this cafe, because if the owners tried with the translation, it means that we will be their clients. We tried almost everything from the Chinese menu. An interesting experience. Overall, the location of the hotel is ideal - I recommend it. You can close your eyes to the size of the room))

A simple but very nice room in which you can spend a few days. The view from the balcony is extremely beautiful, you can see the sunset every day. The beach is also very close, right across the street. It is however sometimes very noisy, as the hotel is right on a busy street, music is played very loudly in the evenings and you can also hear all the noises in the hallway.

Small cozy rooms. The apartments have a very good location, across the road is the beach, along the beach there is a walking path for pedestrians and cyclists. If you are planning your vacation with pets, check in advance the possibility of placing your pets with you. We lived in this hotel with a small dog, when checking out we were told that you can not live in the hotel with a dog.

The apartment is located in a multi-storey building on the 4th floor. Mostly Chinese live there, it is quite clean, the room was cleaned upon request. The location is excellent, the beach and the sea are right across the road. Transport accessibility is good, we travelled to almost all the sights by bus, only returned back by taxi, because after 6 pm many buses no longer run.
