Clean and location is fine but the breakfast was a not up to expectations

Good size room with a nice very from the balcony. Staff seemed friend and it was a good location. Easy to get too from the airport.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The front desk staff is extremely rude. They are supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but they are just a fake 5-star hotel. My boyfriend and I came here for the bodybuilding competition, paying a lot of money to stay 4 nights. We were so excited to come here, but the minute we arrived, they were rude. The outside pool that is supposed to be free is unusable. They don't even speak English. I was so disappointed in this hotel. I feel sorry for people spending and wasting their money on this fake 5-star resort. The only good thing about this hotel was the buffet breakfast. The staff there were really nice and helpful. The rest of the hotel was just so old and fake. It was also my first time in Sanya, and this hotel just made my stay so disappointing. The lighting in the hotel rooms and hallways is so dark. As a woman, you want to put on your makeup with good lighting in the bathrooms, but it was so dark I couldn’t even do my makeup. Also, I couldn’t do my online business meetings because the light was so dark. Our room was on “Do not disturb@ and the waiter or cleaning lady just walked in and kept knocking on our door. The bedding gave me a rash on my arm

Have an exhibition to attend just right next to the hotel, walking distance within 50m. Superb ideal for me. Room cleanliness, stuffs, amenities, facilities are undoubtedly satisfied.

Not really walking distance to many places but there was quite a lot of restaurants and bars around the hotel.

Everything was good

This was my second time coming to the Mangrove tree resort and I can’t stress more how amazing this resort is! The first time I came I haven’t seen the street food street but this was a wonderful surprise because you don’t even have to leave the resort to eat out which I found really convenient! Definitely a place to consider when going to Sanya!

第一次入住，這次入住體驗超出預期！酒店景觀很美，房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，工作人員服務態度都很好，特別是前台Liliya服務熱情周到，為客人着想。水樂園也很不錯，夏天真的很適合玩水，簡直是YYDS,酒店一樓還有泳池,很方便。酒店真的很不錯哦，大家可以考慮入住！

朋友們，放心沖！性價比真的很高，而且交通非常方便，大家可以來體驗體驗！環境特別好，空間很大，完全加分項，贊贊贊👍前台工作人員Bella服務態度很好，客氣也有禮貌，房間衞生乾淨整齊打掃大姐態度好，最主要空調很涼，挑不出毛病，來打五星

這次入住體驗超出預期！酒店地理位置優越 ，離機場和動車站都很近，很方便。酒店景觀很優美，前台Hebe服務很熱情。水樂園很好玩，酒店一樓還有泳池。房間很整潔很大很滿意。酒店裡麪還有一個購物的商業街，服裝類比較多，性價比很高，餐廳很多，連吃兩天都不重複的，三亞風景也超級棒，想旅遊的沖沖沖。

地理位置優越，出行便利，部分房型推窗可見一點點蔚藍，房間整潔舒適，裝修風格簡約清新，設施齊全，前台服務態度熱情，管家hebe 服務周到體貼，早餐種類豐富，自助晚餐值得一試。酒店靠近海灘，遊玩項目方便，適合家庭或情侶入住。性價比超絕！若追求高端體驗可能略有不足，但整體能滿足度假需求。
