Atlantis Sanya

Our family had an amazing 2-night stay at Atlantis Sanya, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic ocean view. My two daughters absolutely loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. The seafood dinner buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh seafood. For breakfast, there are separate Chinese and Western restaurants. As a Korean family, we enjoyed the Western breakfast much more, and both of my daughters agreed. The water park was huge, exciting, and directly connected to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient. We also had a great time at the aquarium. The mermaid show, marine life exhibits, and the dolphin and sea lion shows were all very entertaining and worth watching. One thing I initially found disappointing was the late check-in time (3:00 PM). However, Atlantis made up for it by allowing us to continue using both the water park and aquarium until 3:00 PM on our check-out day. We checked out in the morning, spent several more hours enjoying the facilities, then used the showers, changing rooms, and complimentary towels before heading to the airport. It made the last day of our trip much more enjoyable. I'm not completely sure, but if you arrive early on your check-in day, it may be possible to use the water park and aquarium before your room is ready. I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to ask. Finally, I highly recommend requesting a butler service, especially if you are an international guest. We were assigned Vivian, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We communicated through WeChat, and she assisted us with hotel information, answered all of our questions, and even helped resolve a payment refund issue. Her kindness and professionalism made our stay much more comfortable. Thank you again, Vivian, for taking such great care of our family during our 2-night stay. We would definitely stay at Atlantis Sanya again and highly recommend it to families traveling with children.

The hotel was absolutely perfect. We stayed for three nights in an all-inclusive ocean-view room. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and even the minibar was complimentary. The hotel also gave small gifts to the children at every meal, which made our daughter very happy. The water park was truly outstanding. Among the dozens of water parks I have visited around the world, Atlantis Sanya has the best water slides I have ever experienced. The most touching moment came after our final lunch. My daughter had accidentally left her Samsung Galaxy tablet behind, and Dasha, a Russian staff member, found it and arranged for it to be delivered to our next hotel. Dasha also helped me when I developed an allergic reaction during my stay and continued to check on my condition with genuine care. Her kindness and exceptional service made our stay even more memorable. Our family will definitely return next year. Thank you, Atlantis Sanya, and a very special thank you to Dasha!

Overall great stay, quality product, attentive services. The hotel room was clean, fun for kids. They arranged a birthday cake and decoration for our birthday, which we really appreciate it. The resorts has lots of entertainment options: shows, water park, aquarium, shopping mall, food and beverage, massage, gym, etc., good for 2-3 days activities. During our stay, Bulter Liza provided exceptional services and valuable suggestions, which makes our stay easy and enjoyable even the weather was not ideal. We appreciated that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Atlantis. The resort is full of included activities like the aquarium, The Lost Chambers, the Dolphin show, the acrobatic show, the aqua venture park and lots more. The services within the hotel is top notch. We were particularly happy with the service of our butler Elena Hu who was extremely helpful and responsive to our enquires and needs. We will definitely recommend this resort to our extended families and friends.
