It was fine, close to everything, pool was Okay, gym was Okay, many restaurants around.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you want a lively trip but also want to enjoy the beach. It’s not super quiet, but there’s a lot to do. The breakfast buffet was delicious. And Lisa at the front desk was extremely helpful. My room was very clean. The Sea-View rooms offer and amazing view and also a more peaceful stay.

Immediately after checking in I inspected the room and found hair on the towels. Unpleasant. Our room was for 2 persons, but shower cap and hair brush just for one. Service was strange: one day maid disturbed at 9 to clean the room, the other day it wasn't cleaned even after 16. Twice we had to ask for water refill because day shift forgot about it. It is the first hotel I've met where water bottles are smaller than 500ml. Shower gel was presented as a small tube, not enough for two person. To feel comfortable in shower I brought a whole bottle from the nearby supermarket. Don't know why in smaller and cheaper hotels provide full-size bottles, but in DDH Hotel - no. If your room is near the elevators, you're gonna listen to them every minute, no sound isolation at all. Good points: breakfast from 7 tpo 12,even at 11 the food is still enough. European and chinese dishes, all good quality. Except baozi - not hot enough, stick to each other. Excellent location - 3 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to market square (food market due to New Year). The majority of guests arrived in groups. If you are asingle traveler, you will wait for notice until the groups are admitted. A message about early check in was ignored, so I waited 4 hours for a room. Luggage room was just an area in the hall without any restrictions - "you can leaveyour luggage, it is safe, it is ok". Very "secure". I can recommend thishotel only in the part of breakfast and location. Single traveler can find a much better place

First time in Sanya. The Hotel is in perfect location! 1min from the beach,malls etc. We were stationed on the 21 floor..so the view was amazing. Room was big, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, especially Lisa and Weber. When i come back to Sanya..i will stay here!

Stay at dadonghai hotel was excellent, especially we enjoyed the view from balcony and access to beach nearby. Our room was spacious as my child enjoyed playing here and there. The location is also convenient to reach any destination around sanya. The only thing that hotel lacks is English speaking staffs at front desk, but again they were helpful in many ways. Will surely stay here if we come to sanya again.

The big issue was nobody could speak English and everyone could speak Chinese and Russian. People from reception wasn't really keen to help at all.When I booked the hotel I chose to book with some gifts. Those gifts no one gave me but when I asked at the reception they gave me some vouchers without explanation. So if you can’t speak Chinese don’t bother to book an offer with gifts provided. Although the hotel has a great location and the view is amazing.

Service of the hotel was very good even though they don’t speak English, they assist you through translation app willing to help. Especially person on the front desk helped us a lot. Food is delicious, rich variety. Room is clean. You can walk to the beach. It takes 5-10 mins. It’s near to the summer and pineapple malls. There is a free shuttle bus to duty free mall. You can take info from the front desk. We enjoyed our stay.
