I stayed in a deluxe sea view room at the Hilton Sanya Bay, and I absolutely loved the ground floor room with direct access to the beach. I walked along the entire Yalong Bay beach, and I'd say the Hilton's public areas are definitely the most beautiful. There are many swimming pools, and even a man-made beach perfect for photoshoots. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was quite good. The buffet dinner was also decent, with hotpot, BBQ, seafood, and even entertainment. Overall, it offers good value for money, and the butler service was excellent.

Service: Excellent! The staff were all very welcoming. They helped with our luggage as soon as we arrived and escorted us to our room after check-in. They also gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Environment: The hotel has beautiful greenery and a lovely bird garden, making for a very comfortable atmosphere. There are many pools, but only one is heated and it's quite shallow. Breakfast: The variety was extensive, and we had plenty to eat every morning. It can get busy, so I recommend going early to avoid the crowds.

The room was really great, with a fantastic and expansive ocean view, although it was quite a walk to the lobby. The public areas, including the pool, landscaping, architecture, and facilities, while not sprawling, were compactly laid out and cleverly designed, making them very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The beach was also excellent and quite popular. The hotel's guest relations service was thorough and attentive, which was much appreciated. I also liked that the breakfast service included staff escorting guests to their tables.

Extremely noisy. I stayed for two nights and barely got any rest because of it. The main issue was the hallway noise; I could hear every conversation clearly, both in the morning and at night, making it impossible to sleep well. Avoid this place if you can. It cost 2700 for two nights, which is definitely not worth the price. I won't choose Hilton again. I feel like other hotels in the area are better than Hilton. Plus, there were steps in the room, which were quite dangerous. Both my child and I almost tripped several times. Communication with the staff wasn't very smooth either.

Unbeatable sea view, with a huge balcony! You can see the entire public area and the vast sea right from your bed. The room decor and facilities are a bit dated, probably due to the hotel's age. There are many swimming pools in the common areas, and I really enjoyed the hotel's poolside bar and restaurant. It's very popular for family trips with kids.

This is a global five-star hotel chain, and its location in Yalong Bay is simply unbeatable. The environment is beautiful. They called me a day in advance to ask about my arrival time and even offered an early check-in. The butler service was excellent, escorting me to my room. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the cleanliness and recreational facilities were all top-notch. Perfect!

The hotel boasts a prime location right on the golden coastline of Yalong Bay, with a private beach of fine, white sand. In the mornings, opening the floor-to-ceiling windows reveals a stunning panorama of azure seas, clear skies, and swaying coconut trees – every photo taken is picture-perfect. The lush garden design is full of tropical flair, making you feel like you've been transported to Bali as you stroll through it.

Hotel is not similar like Hilton-the service much worse! At the beginning of journey reception specialist gave me room for disabled.. I didn’t book it. It take me a lot of affords and asking hotel manager to change the room. Hotel personnel not interested at you like client!.. room cleaning very bad..in the beach this hotel has really SMAL quantity of umbrellas and sun beds this is cause they just rent out half of their space to another hotel-so now A lot of people in the beach can’t find place!!! This is maximum 3 stars service! I will never return to this hotel! It’s ridiculous!

Such a beautiful hotel! The room facilities are complete. The front desk staff and liaison officers are very responsive and incredibly quick at solving problems. All the service staff are fantastic!!! The hotel offers many fun activities and the pool is super clean with a great atmosphere. Every picture taken here turns out amazing. It's also a great spot for couples' travel photography; the resulting photos are stunning.

The scenery is absolutely stunning. I did a bunch of research on social media, and realized there's no such thing as a perfect hotel. Personally, I think the hotel facilities are decent. If I had to compare, they are definitely a bit older (like, compared to a Marriott, I'd say it's on par with a Sheraton). But the view is gorgeous! I spent half the day just sitting on the balcony. I didn't even bother to pick up the complimentary fresh squeezed juice; just quietly being there was incredibly therapeutic.

Our butler Emma added me on WeChat even before we arrived! She heard it was our honeymoon and upgraded our room for free, even decorating it for us! The sea view room was absolutely stunning, and the location was fantastic. The Hilton's service attitude was excellent too! Highly recommend! Plus, we're both terrible swimmers, and she even helped us exchange our swimming rings. Super satisfied with Emma!!!!

The staff across different departments were all very attentive and responsive to our needs, always with a smile. The public areas are well-designed, especially beautiful at night, and the lobby has a great aesthetic. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and high-quality. On our departure day, we had an early flight and missed breakfast, but the staff thoughtfully packed a meal for us in advance. Their attention to detail was impeccable!

The environment here is absolutely amazing, with a private beach and a private pool. A special thanks to the front desk lady who kindly upgraded our room for free! The pool water temperature was perfect. It's a must-stay for couples, and the price is reasonable considering the excellent facilities. Highly recommend! We didn't get to try breakfast though, as we overslept, haha.

Came to Sanya at the tail end of Chinese New Year, and it was still packed with people. Even though the holiday was over, the hotel occupancy was still very high. The Hilton's public areas are, without a doubt, the most beautiful. The heated pool was a bit small, but it's been hot these past few days, so all the pools were comfortable for swimming. The beach at Yalong Bay is stunning; it's so relaxing to just wade in the water. Breakfast served until 11 AM helped to reasonably distribute the crowds. They were still replenishing food even right before closing, which I appreciated. The kids' club is suitable for younger children. I had added the butler on WeChat beforehand, and they sent me check-in instructions. We encountered a minor issue upon arrival, and the butler helped us resolve it. The housekeeping, concierge, pool, and kids' club staff were all very nice. You can walk to several nearby hotels along the beach. The weather was good during our stay. We were very satisfied with this vacation.
